Don't worry fellow customers around the World. I have also been stung by trying to cancel the order after they sent me bogus tracking courier codes. Then tried to say, sorry we can't cancel it's already been sent, when it wasn't. 30 days later the package arrived after I told them to cancel it. I have taken this to my bank and Visa Payments International are investigating. I have also reported this via the Australian Government Scam Watch page as you should to have this webpage blocked from doing business and ripping of genuine Customers. Good luck and push back against these types of trash scammers.

Absolute scam - charges premium product price and advertises in AUD currency and says Australian business and then you get charge din Honk Kong and they supply unbadged generic model airfryer. Their is no customer support and number they provide in email exchange is not listed. The product manual is basic with no warranty details or contact details for customer support. The only thing they provide is email and they then try and offer you 5% then 10% then 20% then 50% discount when they know you not happy. They will email you with same response to every email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SUPPLIER. THEY ARE A SCAM AND NOT A LEGITIMATE BUSINESS and behave in very dishonest fashion!!!!

Zdecydowanie odradzam zakupy w tym sklepie.

Opis produktu znacząco odbiega od rzeczywistości. W ofercie wskazano, że robot sprzątający omija przeszkody i chroni meble przed zarysowaniami, natomiast w praktyce urządzenie regularnie uderza w meble, stwarzając ryzyko ich uszkodzenia.
Dodatkowo sklep zapewnia, że funkcja mopowania nie powoduje nadmiaru wody ani kałuż, tymczasem urządzenie przecieka podczas postoju, co stanowi realne zagrożenie dla podłóg drewnianych.

Najbardziej problematyczne jest jednak podejście do klienta. Po zgłoszeniu reklamacji otrzymałem odpowiedzi wyglądające na automatyczne, w których sklep twierdzi, że:

„to normalne, że zbiornik przecieka”
„to normalne, że robot uderza w meble”
"mop może przesuwać dywan: jest to dość normalne zjawisko, zalecamy klientom zakup kleju do dywanów, aby mocno przykleić dywan do podłogi, co rozwiąże ten problem."

Takie stanowisko jest sprzeczne z opisem oferty, który stanowi podstawę umowy.

Podsumowując:

produkt niezgodny z opisem
ignorowanie reklamacji
brak realnego kontaktu z obsługą

Nie polecam — duże ryzyko problemów przy próbie zwrotu lub reklamacji.

Oszuści. Paczka zamówiona na początku lutego. Wysłali ją po 2 tygodniach gdzie napisałam, że nie chcę już tej paczki i maja mi oddać pieniądze. Paczka do nich wróciła 20.02 a ja do tej pory nie odzyskałam pieniędzy a mamy już 01.03.
