This site is just full of negative reviews, do not trust it. Get your opinion from trust pilot instead. They remove positive reviews for companies and only leave negative ones. Tarnishing reputable business reputations.
Customer not valued at Redback Boots
I have been buying Redback boots for 40 years. Regrettably I have an issue with the last two pairs. I thought as a loyal customer I should alert the company. Went on the website and sent in a customer feedback which the site acknowledged as received. I heard nothing. Two weeks later I sent an email to the customer support address. Message was delivered. Again nothing. I saw a Redback boots site on Facebook and ended up messaging a Redback representative and explained my frustration. That person promised to investigate and revert to me. Again nothing. I sent a last message saying his disgusted I am that I am not valued as a customer. The message was read but now ignored. I can’t complain about the customer service as there is none. After 40 years I have bought another brand. It is a shame that Australian companies like Redback don’t value their customers and then they wonder why people buy elsewhere and they go broke. I am very disappointed and hurt the way Redback has treated a loyal customer. Loyalty is a two way street. So beware folks of Redback boots.

We had a false 1 star report made about our business. We contacted product review to remove the false review - explaining the situation - we offered email evidence of the correspondence by the individual using a false name. We have offered a broad range of evidence, including emails and a police report. They did not ask to review the emails, etc., and just made an unqualified determination that the review doesn't breach their standards. I am so frustrated that a person creates a false name and has literacy issues can make a complaint that can't be substantiated. Shame on you, product review - you have created a platform that allows no recourse.
Electrolux service centres do not…
Electrolux service centres do not deliver in their warranty’s. We bought a front loader and it stopped working after 8 months. A technician looked at and advised that it needed replacing. It’s been 2 months and we are still waiting for the replacement. We rang the company that electrolux said were delivering the repayment washing machine on the 20/4. We rang them and they said they told Electrolux that they do not do deliveries anymore. This company tells lies and fails to contact their customers. I can not recommend them for washing machines. Their service is pathetic, their customer service is pathetic and they tell lies.

What have you done to your website? It's awful. I want a list from highest to lowest reviews of the best providers, this isn't possible they're all over the place. I want to see a list of all the reviews, not categories such as "with attachments", "short review", "in depth". This isn't possible. It's a mess! Unusable.

They go against their own Guidelines!
I flagged a review that clearly contains unverified allegations, personal attacks and hearsay that breach your own Posting Guidelines (see “Stick to what happened to you personally”, “Be detailed and objective”, and “Don’t post personal attacks or threaten anyone”). After submitting detailed evidence (booking records, communications, dispatch logs) ProductReview responded that the flagged post “complies with our Posting Guidelines” and that you won’t remove reviews that are “genuinely held opinions.”
This decision is unacceptable and inconsistent with the guidelines you publish. Allowing unverified, harmful allegations to remain online — despite submitted documentary proof to the contrary — undermines trust in ProductReview as a platform and fails the duty of care you set for protecting businesses and consumers from misleading content. If opinions are protected, then your removal process must still enforce the rules you list: do not permit hearsay presented as fact, personal attacks against staff, or accusatory claims of criminal or systemic behaviour without evidence.
I urge ProductReview to:
Reopen this complaint and publish a clear explanation of why each guideline cited was not breached.
Disclose the standard of evidence you require to remove posts that make false or misleading allegations.
Improve moderation transparency and provide a clear escalation path for businesses with documented evidence.
If ProductReview cannot or will not uphold its own rules, it risks becoming a repository for unverified attacks rather than a reliable review service. I expect a substantive review of your decision and a prompt, reasoned response addressing each point above.

We purchased the heated glass door fridge to prevent condensation forming. This product is an ornament it is not a fridge it only gets down to 9 degrees which it’s advertised at 2 degrees.
Emailed, phoned and text Husky with promises of sending out a technician but absolute crickets. Terrible product terrible service. DO NOT BUY this product!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience.
I only received one pair of overalls when I had ordered more, which is already unacceptable. On top of that, the quality is far below what was advertised. The material is cheap and does not resemble denim at all, and the finishing is poorly done.
This feels very misleading, especially as the promotion encouraged purchasing multiple items. The product I received does not match the description or expectations in any way.
I will be seeking a full refund and expect the company to take responsibility for return shipping costs, as the item is clearly not as described.
Overall, a very frustrating experience and not one I would recommend.

Braun S5 wet/dry shaver - probably the worst electric shaver I have ever used, used daily and after a week centimetre long whiskers around my neck and each side of face, not many but enough to say WTF is wrong with this shaver. I have spent up to 3 times longer shaving with this Braun S5 (compared to my old Remington) to get it right but it still does NOT cut all my facial and neck whiskers. After 6 months it’s time to get my old Remington back out and ditch the S5

I made an order with a a fiver freelancer a few months ago. The freelancer has stalled the job for months getting to where I can make a complaint with fiverr is impossible or at least so difficult that you need to watch a video on youtube witch was so complex I gave up. I no longer trust Fiverr and will not use it again
QUAD LOCK fails to perform over long…
QUAD LOCK fails to perform over long periods 4-8months and fatal failure on some products after 12 months.
1st issue : iphone15 pro plus quad lock case magnetic ring pulls away from the case and doesn’t lock into case, annoying with wireless charger. First time it happened quad lock were pretty good and replaced the ring. Now this second time I’m not going to bother to replace the magnetic ring, just going to find a different solution
2nd issue : suction cup on window mounting phone holder fails in extreme heat and doesn’t hold to windscreen. Absolutely fails 100% of the time if the car site in the sun all day. For work purposes mine sits outside in an open air secure car park for 8 hours and by the end of it the phone holder lost suction and I find it on the floor.
3rd issue: purchased a wireless charging unit with a sticky pad that supposed to stick to your dash. Well that only lasted about 6 months and then started to peal away and fail.
At this stage I’m reluctant to purchase yet another phone holder of some sort from quad lock.
Thank God that my motor bike quad lock phone holder is pretty much failure proof so that actually gets 5 stars. Just frustrating that I can’t find a good solution for my 2018 Audi S3….. the search continues for a solution….

My account was suddenly restricted without clear explanation or proper investigation. I’ve built my profile through real work and genuine reviews, yet Airtasker seems to act on assumptions or reports without verifying facts.
This directly affects my ability to work and earn. Very disappointing experience for a platform that’s supposed to support Taskers.
As this matter directly affects my ability to work, I would appreciate a clear timeline for resolution. If this cannot be resolved through internal review, I may seek further guidance from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission regarding transparency and procedural fairness.

The Loogeenie is a brilliant invention and I have bought two for my home plus the tablets. When I have tried to buy one for my son's place with the Thank you code to get $5 Off it tells me to put in the correct code. I have tried to do this a number of times without success. Sorry but I will now buy something else now instead. Very disappointed.
Terrible returns policy
I purchased from Novora the label and the dress was not suitable. Didn't sit well. Could tell it was cheaply made. Difficult to deal with. Website offers a refund but I had to jump through hoops to get a partial refund. Wouldn't risk using them again.
Over pricing , Indonesian Visa
When applying for a visa entry into Indonesia, on Google search engine the unofficial companies come up first. The official site is further down the engine search and when opening up the programme it tells you you have the official site with a big picture of a statue. The first company charges almost 3x what the official Web page charges. They are a third party. The company headquarters are in Rotterdam. My bank didn't like me using them and cancelled my credit cards because of pricing.

Banana Lagoon, would have to be one of the most frustrating companies I've dealt with. No contact number - ok - So, they have email don't respond for day and then when they do very vague 1 sentence response. State they'll send forms to swap products and then don't. Very unprofessional, unreliable and not interested in any form of aftersales service. Very poor experience 1 star is generous
