I will rave about MelonCube until the day I die. They are genuinely such an amazing host and has been so incredibly helpful and patient with me when it’s come to troubleshooting. I’m not a big tech guy, but they are always happy to help and explain things to me. Even when I switched from the old host I was using, who were very difficult to work with and was charging me waaaaaay to much to host my server, they helped me transfer my server so that I wouldn’t lose anything. And this time, even when the problem was my own incompetence, they were helping me try to find solutions and never once made me feel like I was annoying them. And when I figured out what I did wrong, they never made me feel stupid. They are also super affordable, which I am incredibly grateful for. If you are wanting to start an SMP, USE MELONCUBE!!! 1000000/10 would recommend. Genuinely, they have helped me so much. The KillerSMP thanks you MelonCube!

BEST Server host, with GREAT customer support!
I've been using MelonCube's services for Java Minecraft servers for 3+ years now. Whether it has been servers for friends, commercial servers, or just for me to mess around with, they have done an excellent job. MelonCube offers fair prices for high quality servers. If there's another server that's cheaper, I would still rather go with MelonCube for the simple reason that they have the most high quality support I've ever had the chance to use. Their staff help you in usually less than 30 minutes, and will usually be okay with helping you with stuff that they probably should have no part in. I've had many cases where they help me setup plugins, or even just discuss/help research ways I could solve issues.

I have never experienced such quick and amazing support team as the team at MelonCube. They were quick and informative with all of their answers, and also managed to intervene and sort things out for me on their end when I couldn't do it myself! Thomas P was amazing, they worked with me for over 5 hours straight to ensure I got what I needed! Worth every penny! I even did a test and messaged other support teams on other sites to compare their response time and they were all over 2hours! longest MelonCube took was 30minutes and that's when they were sorting something out for me. Can not recommend them enough, especially Thomas P :)

Great Minecraft server hosting
I've been using Melon Cube hosting services since 2020 and I keep coming back to them cause I've never once had a bad experience, they have plently of information on their site to help their customers with issues but also tickets where they're always fast at replying no matter the time, their prices are just and the servers run smoothly, I always recommend them to my friends when asked for options of Minecraft server hosting and currently have no wishes of changing to any other host in the future.

Fantastic Minecraft server host
I compared a lot of similar Minecraft hosts, but Meloncube's pricing and features seemed the best and I'm glad I went with them. Unlimited player slots, unlimited storage (with very reasonable exceptions), and the ability to run whatever plugins you want are features usually reserved for expensive tiers, but Meloncube offers them at their cheapest levels.
Our server's performance and reliability has impressed me so far, and when I needed to make a change to my plan, their support was fast, friendly, and helpful.

No reason to choose anything else!
I had been using MelonCube's services for about 2 years, then had to stop due to personal reasons.
I remember I had some problems (most of them were just me not knowing how to setup things properly), but I created tickets and got an answer in literally 15-20 minutes. I have never seen a faster support anywhere else. My experience was absolutely flawless, and I had nothing bad to say about them.
I have recently come back to use their services again, and... It's exactly the same situation! I really am trying to find something bad to say about them since this is a honest review, but I really can't. From the price, to the support, as well as all the features that they offer, its all just unbeatable. I am definitely gonna keep using their services for a very long time.
