Meloncube deliver a great service. I haven't noticed downtime or other annoyances these past 2 years :) The interface is nice, It's easy to change settings, especially with the tutorials. If you still don;t manage to make the changes you want, customer service is awesome: very quick, friendly and knowledgable.
I definitely recommend!

Perfect service for small communities
I have had a Minecraft server with them on and off since around 2020, the customer service have been amazing and their services are awesome :)
Specifically responding to support tickets have been perfect which is paramount to a good hosting service

Simple, easy, worth it. The only complaint I have is the max size of files you can add. You can work around it though given a bit of time.

Jacob was super fast and very friendly, can't complain at all
Edit 19/2/23: having an issue with my service, I tried to talk to a rep about it and he was rude, condescending and unprofessional
Edit:25/2/23: Upon talking with someone who apologized for my prior issues with a previous rep, I feel comfortable updating my review, some of the customer service reps leave a lot to be desired but most of them are extremely nice people who go out of their way to help!

Very Easy to Use
Really intuitive user interface. I think that having a log of all the people entering and exiting the server would be helpful to have, though. Also, it is really important to me that I am able to change my name on the portal as seeing my legal name is very upsetting to me. Overall though, very very good.

Great Service!
The service is quick and helpful. The helpers are not cynical and truly try to help you. For example, I had made a mistake on my server and needed to go back one day with automatic back-ups, but by the time I got the back-up service, it was the next day and I now needed two-day back-ups. As I had originally requested when only one-day back-ups were needed, they gave me access to the back-up I needed for free.
Everything works as marketed. I had a 1 GB server with no add-ons for a year (now I have one add-on) and it has run well, despite using countless command blocks and even some repeating command blocks.

First impressions
My experience with Meloncube has been positive so far. I haven't been here for long, but I was welocmed with open arms (which I truly appreciate). As a partner, nobody has used my link yet, but I am learning to become a youtuber, that way, maybe, I can benefit both sides if I do manage to get an audience.
