I enquired to Jordan about booking my honeymoon a couple of days ago. It’s been stressing me out and I didn’t know where to start. She asked me where we wanted to go and for some dates and she sent me some amazing deals straight away!! We’ve now booked our honeymoon to Santorini and even have a private pool. I can’t recommend enough! I can’t wait!! Fab customer service, so friendly and booking was dead straight forward. I’ve set up a direct debit so I can just pay it off monthly. Will defo use this travel agents from now on! 5/5

Thank you to Mel’s Travels, a big shout to Lois who was amazing organising our fabulous island hopping around Thailand for Xmas & new year 23/24. Everthing went without a hitch, hotels were fab, transfers (and there were many) were all organised in advance, flights were brilliant, especially our internal ones, there was nothing left for us to worry about, Mel’s Travels had sorted everything, I recommend you do not book a holiday till you have spoken to these guys, communications & professionalism were 5*

I surprised my lovely wife Cheryl with a trip to Ibiza for our honeymoon back in 2021 when Covid 19 was a thing of the past and this was Cheryl first time abroad and on a plane too. Mel’s team sorted out special assist for us at Newcastle Airport and beyond. Mel’s Team went above and beyond to get this sorted for us as Cheryl user her wheelchair to help with her mobility and I get in a lot of foot count-steps in to get us around where we make memories together. When it came to form filling and Covid 19 paper work Mel’s team tuck care of that and any other issues that needed taken care of for Cheryl I to enjoy our honeymoon together. Since our trip to Ibiza I booked again with Mel’s Travel in the heart of Ferryhill Co Durham where I booked New York for Cheryl’s birthday and by heck did she get a surprise when I give her birthday present it was priceless. And we’ve also been to Malta with Mel’s Travel and our next holiday is to Turkey in 2024 with Mel’s Amazing Team. You know you can always count on them in the hour of need for anything there are only a call away for any of your holiday plans needs they put you first before them that’s what counts here and I book my holidays with Mel’s Travel and no one else.
