Excellent website, clear pricing. Order arrived quickly and nicely wrapped. Everything was as described. I returned a jumper order for my daughter that didn't suit her. The process was easy and I received a refund within a week of posting back.

Excellent quality
My top arrived quickly and well packaged. Colour was lovely and the fabric felt luxurious.
Sadly the style was not for me so I have returned it. Returns process was quick and smooth.

The three bat wing tops I’ve bought I love! They’re perfect for work and social occasions and I feel extremely comfortable as they stylishly hide a meno-belly. Just a quick point - whilst the fabric used is soft and hangs beautifully, if anything spills on it, the stains are difficult to remove, and one remains permanently stained. My note to self is to be more careful when wearing the tops, but just wondered if anyone else had found this as an issue? Keep doing what you do - great products with 5star customer service x

Quick delivery, loved the quality but needed to return and too short in the body for me. I have this problem with a lot of trousers.

I purchased the amazing Rosa cardigan in the sale.
WOW!! It’s absolutely stunning.
Thick, but soft.
I’ve styled it up over skinny jeans & boots nipped in with a belt.
Travelled through the airport with it and used it as a blanket on the flight.
It’s the best lounge wear too!
I shall be ordering more now.

These are great quality and absolute staples of my work wardrobe. Always arrive promptly and the team are easy to deal with. I have probably ordered 10 items in last couple of years and everything has always been spot on. No hesitation to recommend Melyr.

Excellent customer service
After purchasing 2 Helena jumpers I was so pleased that I ordered a third. Unfortunately, there was a problem with this item that I thought the company should know about.
Immediate response to my email and very satisfied with the manner in which the problem was resolved.
These jumpers are true to size, lovely colours, very soft and lovely and warm without being too heavy.

Lovely quality clothing at reasonable prices. I like the exchange function as a couple of items needed to be swapped for a different size and I just requested an exchange on the returns form. The new items were delivered a few days later.
