The support we received when on boarding was stellar.

Memtime is super easy to install and use. We've been using it for more than a year now. I don't like to, and can't keep up to entering billable time as I go most days, this is a life saver and a money maker. There's a ton of functionality that we don't use/need but we have written a tiny piece of code to read the exported .csv reports into our proprietary time entry/ billing system. It works great.

Memtime has literally taken the stress out of time tracking. I used to waste time trying to reconstruct my months, checking email timestamps, opening file histories, trying to remember exactly when I worked on something. Preparing invoices is so much quicker, and I feel more confident that I’m not underreporting my hours.

One thing I really like is that I can choose what it tracks. I don’t need it logging every minute I spend updating my own website for example. I can exclude whatever isn’t relevant, which keeps things much cleaner when it’s time to log billable work.

Downsides? The main one for me is that it doesn’t track activity on my iphone or iPad and it’s very tempting to check my emails and respond from a mobile. It would be a huge bonus if the quick bits of work I do on the go could be tracked. Hopefully that’s something that will come.

The support team have been great too. Any time I’ve reached out with a question, they’ve replied quickly and actually helped, which isn’t always the case with tech support.

Memtime works exactly as promised. It syncs with my time tracking system (Toggl) and Google Calendar, and records the pages I visit during the day so I can easily reconstruct my billable work after the fact.

Love Memtime! Has helped me capture so many billable hours for my architectural and interior design business. Easy to use and it's a very reliable tool. It would drive me crazy if I felt like I swear I logged time with memtime but I don't see it later...That doesn't happen. The tool is great. I don't have it launched for everyone at the company. I'm still in a testing it out phase where I only use it myself and I would say it more than pays for itself by catching time blocks that would have fallen through the cracks!

This software tracks to a very fine level of detail, I’ve never looked at the timeline it generates and been confused about what an entry is. The mental load of keeping track of which client project I have spent time on is significant, as it is common that I will touch a dozen separate projects in a day for just a few minutes, or a few hours. Not having to maintain that mental load means I can focus on the project, not administrative tasks

Very useful application for tracking your activities and helping take the headache out of time reporting.

The system allows for all activities on the computer to be tracked locally and then the user can decide which activities they want to include in the time tracking reports. There's also an automated function for adding tracked hours to your time tracking / project management system which can be super-handy.

Great software - I don't use all the features, simply let the screen record create a weekly log and summarise from there. Colleagues rave about the wider benefits of "bucketing" projects and automating - which shows how versatile the software is to suit differing styles of working.

I wouldn't be without this app. it helps me keep up with what i've been working on and how i've spent my time all week without having to micro manage myself. A must for a neurodivergent agency owner

I am now earning more as I am getting accurate time recording and not missing out on putting time on a job because I have forgotten. It's a shame though that when I log into a client Xero then another clients Xero, it can't determine which client I was working on

Saves me for missing billable time! I am able to check what I have worked on as days we are especially busy, tend to have work needed with a lot of multi-tasking. Being able to see what I had open, helps to remind me of "thinks that popped up" that were critical to client support.

Easy to use timetracking tool that does its job without sending all your data to an external server. It fits well in my workflow and it basically pays for itself by reducing the time needed to track my time per project/task and by also tracking the short bits of work that I would have otherwise deemed to be too much hassle to note down.

There is room for improvement: there could be a more user friendly way to backup your time tracked, although including the directory in which the database is stored in your regular backup works fine. Also the reporting could be a bit more flexible in the way the data is displayed.

But all in all, would definitely recommend.

I think the negative reviews about the subscription model are not deserved. The signup process was clear, and autorenewal of a subscription is not uncommon.

Le principe est génial. Cela permet de ne pas se perdre dans ses tâches et de pouvoir réellement voir combien de temps cela prends de faire telle ou telle action.
Le seul bémol est que quand on travaille sur beaucoup de tâches, il faut rentrer au début manuellement les différents dossiers auxquels le temps doit s'affecter pour que cela fonctionne bien ensuite.

Memtime has been a game changer for my bookkeeping business and I have recommended it to many other bookkeepers. Great product. Makes timekeeping accurate and easy.

I use this tool daily and it helps me to track my time much faster than before with other tools. I use it in combination with ClickUp, which works fine as well.

At some point about a year ago, Memtime made some changes that made it more difficult for me to synchronize with ClickUp. However, I then contacted Memtime support, and they responded quickly, making the necessary adjustments as well.

An extremely good time tracking tool. It measures everything you do. It helps me a lot, because I can look back at what and how much I did and then correctly calculate the design work.
