Memtime is great
Memtime is great! Everything is tracked. It's very useful. I've setup automations and now I can see exactly where I spend my time.

The software is great and works really…
The software is great and works really well, but at some point going from the old version to the new version there was some functionality lost in the reporting which I used extensively. Overall I haven't found another app that manages time as well as Memtime and I use it every day.

It makes it so easy to track my time
It makes it so easy to track my time! Especially when I'm working on multiple projects, switching multiple times between them throughout the day and have to record time per project. Whenever I've had an issue, the customer service is super responsive. I've always felt my data is very secure which is really important for the work I do.

Time tracking made easy
As an self employed marketing expert I depend on Memtime to track my time investment in customer projects on my devices. End of the month I just have to click to add the tracked time to a project. And thanks to the automated suggestions it is as easy as clicking the checkmark. My customers now get a detailed list of the time i've spend. And I can bill all those few minutes that normally would get lost easilly during a busy day.

Couldn't live without it!
Have been using this for a couple of years now and it's invaluable! Not having to interrupt workflow to track time is an absolute game changer. The team are also really responsive to any questions/suggestions.

Over the years, this has helped me bill hundreds more…
I work as a freelancer and really like the way I can track time across many projects. It runs in the background so I just start work. Other apps have involved timers and things, and I always forget them. This logs things like time in google docs, websites or slack/ calls, so I can easily drag and log all my time. Over the years, this has helped me bill hundreds more that might have been missed otherwise, and clients appreciate my detailed breakdowns.

Finally, a time tracking tool that actually works
I've been in the professional services industry for years, and time tracking has always been a necessary evil. Memtime changed that completely.
This tool is absolutely amazing. The way it automatically tracks what you're working on and lets you easily assign time to projects is revolutionary. The timeline view gives you incredible insight into how you actually spend your day, not just how you think you spend it.
Effortless project assignment to your timeline
Automatic activity capture (no more forgotten time entries)
Accurate billing becomes actually achievable
Worth every penny for anyone who needs to track time professionally.

Where has this tool been all my life?
Where has this tool been all my life?
After years of writing my times manually, using stop watches and other helpers I finally found this.
It just automatically tracks whatever I work on and integrates with XPM, where I do my time tracking to bill my clietns.
Highly recommended if you struggled with tracking your billable hours like me.

Read before considering Memtime
Before considering Memtime, I strongly encourage professionals to look into how the company handles billing disputes and license cancellations. Despite reporting technical issues with their cancellation system back in 2022, I was silently billed for over three years without using the product, receiving invoices or warnings—only to be contacted by a debt collector in 2025. Memtime refused to acknowledge the faults in their system or take accountability, even when provided with detailed documentation. Transparency and fair customer treatment should be non-negotiable in any SaaS business. I’m sharing my experience publicly to help others make informed decisions.

I love the tracking
I love the tracking. It creates a great visual record of how my day is used, as well as giving me the flexibility to track time on a project-based system.

They'll chase you for coins
They'll chase you for coins, WORST customer service EVER. AVOID at all cost

This software mob
This software mob? Crooks. They hook you with a "trial," then sting you with a full-year sub. No renewal warning, just BAM! - another year you didn't want. Support? Useless. "Tough luck, mate," they say, while they're pissing on your money. Avoid these bastards like a rabid dingo.

Terrible business practices - AVOID
Same as other reviewers - these people scam you. I used barely and didn’t want to renew, but it auto-renewed and they refused to help. They then took me to debt collectors. Shocking people, clearly inadequate product, and they’re desperate for your money. Avoid. I also wouldn’t trust these people with my time data - who knows what they’d do with that to get extra money

Worst service ever
Worst service ever. Thieves and scammers. I put 1 star cause I can’t put zero

Debt collector sent after you
Tried it. Paid for a year but used it perhaps 2% of the time. It renewed automatically but I was not even aware because as I said - I was not using it. They also could not charge me because provided credit card expired. Once I did log in I canceled my subscription (not easy to find where to do it!!!) and deleted the account. A month ago I got a letter from Creditreform München Ganzmüller & Groher KG. They are a debt collector that Memetime has sent after me. I tried to dispute the debt since it is clear from the data that they know I was not using the service. I had written now twice to the debt collector that I will pay and move on once they provide the original invoice they say is outstanding. Nothing has happened yet.
BE AWARE OF THEIR PRACTICE. They obviously are not in the business to keep clients if they are willing to behave like this even with returning customers.
***
Because Memtime insists on answering all these reviews with "standard practice" and forgetting about subscriptions "as it happened to almost everyone with a subscription service at some point" I do have to add - NO, I DO NOT FORGET ABOUT RENEWAL OF SUBSCRIPTIONS because companies send reminders and we have an option to opt out. That is standard practice if you are an honest practice company. And to add insult to injury - I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE INVOICE FOR which the debt collector is putting on the claim as "principal claim", They do not answer emails and are trying to hike up the interest for each week they do not answer. So the scam just continues.

RED FLAGS EVERYWHERE - READ TIMEBRO REVIEWS BEFORE CONSIDERING MEMTIME…
🚩🚩🚩Asking me for a review to get a discount should have been a red flag, but I went ahead and did it. Buyer beware - most of the reviews are from people who have not used the service yet.🚩🚩🚩
🚩🚩Search for TimeBro Reviews and You'll see this is not a new issue, just a new name 🚩🚩
Issue #1: the software pulls in every open window and tab, and the Productive.io integration is 5/10, which is the only reason I used it in the first place. Only half of my team chose to adopt it due to the limited usefulness.
Issue #2: the discount I was promised for leaving reviews before I had used the service longer than 1 week were only for the first quarter's billing, which was not clear. I expected them to apply to the length of my subscription. I emailed and asked for it to be extended, and was denied.
Issue #3: With Figma, and other reputable softwares I use, I get an email prior to being charged. With Memtime, there was no invoice. I was only using 3/6 seats, and reasonable asked for my subscription to be reduced and to be refunded for the unused seats. Since they deal quarterly and are the most expensive in their class, it was a reasonable request. Also denied.
I wish I had read the timebro reviews, the only reason I paid more was the privacy (which other softwares do cheaper & better, and the Productive.io integration. I'm only now finding out that their reputation was so bad they had to rebrand.
FIND ANOTHER SOLUTION, OR READ THE TIMEBRO REVIEWS BEFORE CONSIDERING MEMTIME.
EDIT: In response to Memtime saying (lying) that I threatened to leave a bad review to request a refund, here's the copy/past of the truth. I truly do not understand what is wrong with this company, this could have been handled so much better. The best part of this saga is, if you keep reading, is that they say I threatened them with a bad review if they didn't give me a refund, which the emails they paste show didn't happen.
🚩This is just my experience, but based on how they are getting their reviews, I'd pay a lot more attention to the 1* reviews (and the TimeBro reviews) than to the shilled reviews that are for a discount. 🚩

Ok, I'm going to migrate to another solution, please cancel my service and refund me.
Thanks,

I don't want this to prolong this. Do I need to manually cancel it, and is there a system in place to credit me so I don't have to dispute the charges for services I don't receive, or is that something you can handle from your end?
Best of luck to the Memtime team, but please cancel my subscription immediately.
Thanks,
Damon

Hi Damon,
The subscription can be cancelled at any time via your Customer Portal — however, to save you some time, I’ve gone ahead and taken care of it for you.
Your cancellation is confirmed, and your subscription will officially end on:
17-Jul-2025
As mentioned earlier, since the subscription had already renewed, a refund isn’t possible.
Thank you again for giving Memtime a try. I wish you all the best with your new solution.
Best regards,
Sinisha

Ok, I'll dispute the charges for services not received and adjust my reviews, thank you. Memtime had one last chance to exit gracefully…what a poor experience.
Thank you for canceling me.

this is the worst software ever
this is the worst software ever, overpriced piece of shit. BUYERS BEWARE CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY BAD. PLENTY OF OTHER BETTER CHEAPER SOFTWARE. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE. The scam is they leave your subscription turned on without letting you know it's about to expire and withdraw a huge amount of money for a pathetic software that I never used. Please note also they changed their name from timebro to memtime to confuse customers about their reviews. Check out the timebro reviews it tells you everything. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM DO NOT SUBSCRIBE
