My experience with their customer service was disappointing. As others here have said, they were unwilling to find a reasonable compromise regarding a renewal for an additional year of service that I had no intention of using, which has led to significant frustration.

I use this as a scratch pad for my time card (bqe core), and love how much faster it is to deal with remembering everything. customer service is also very responsive. I had the automated link hooked up to bqe, but bqe changed something on their end that stopped it from working on any new projects. I wasn't able to fix that, but it was definitely on bqe's side, so can't fault memtime. This is my 2nd year using it.

Memtime has provided an amazing experience with automatically tracking my work time. Unlike with most clock-in tools, I forgot about needing to start the tracker. Everything works without reminders! Besides, a detailed timeline of working activities is a super cool method to boost my work efficiency. Recommended for teams!

The introduction of Memtime was a very good decision, as we have had the time bookings under control ever since. We also have a link to our agency ERP and it works wonderfully. I would particularly like to emphasise the support. Arne and his team always have an open ear and are super fast. Keep rocking!

I am super pleased with Memtime!
The details in both the tracking and the reporting is really impressive. The conditions make is super easy to zone in on just the specific things you want tracked.
I've tried services like this before but none of them came close to Memtime.

But I do wish they had some cloud service with sync between devices. I work on two different machines so I had to setup two Memtimes with the same conditions, and when done combine the reports. But that's just a minor inconvenience and not enough to withhold a star.

I used Memtime to keep track of my hours and the work I was doing during those hours to help manage a micromanaging boss. It helped jog my memory when I needed to submit timesheets and track jobs. It worked seamlessly in the background. I didn't utilize all of the full capabilities of the software, so I'm sure there is a lot more scope and advantages that I didn't access. The price was on the expensive side for me but was worth it for what it provided. I stopped using it due to changing roles/work and the price, but I do miss it. I recommend Memtime.

I liked memtime at first (I think it used to be called brotime), but I found that it was tracking things that was incorrect and it was struggling with tracking work I was doing on the web. Overall it's a great idea and is super helpful for a consultant like me to track time, but it wasnt worth the subscription.

I have to report every month to my clients and this has saved me so much time, best tool I've ever tried!

Cool tool to track your time on several tasks while working without efforts. Sychronisation with jira works good too.
Just missing Bulk edit to sum up several records in one entry.

A engineering client recommended Memtime to me and ive been using ever since. I love it as a background activity tracker. As a business advisor i want track activity for each client and mem time does this for. Highly recommended and I mentioned it a design client who is now using it.the only downside is that it doesn't have an iPad app.
