Seem like nice people

Seem like nice people. Didn’t communicate with me properly (in my prospective). Gambled on getting an item in a short time but I didn’t know that they were shipping from another country. Keep asking for overnight and priority shipping. They just kept saying that it may not come on time- - most companies offer priority shipping options. Had I know that the item was being shipped from China and not Colorado I wouldn’t have tried to get it in a short period of time

Maybe that’s my fault but I did ask all of these questions to the vender. 2 days after the event I still don’t have the order.

Honestly I don’t really believe that it’s even coming. SMH

Manager also told me that he’d call me prior to shipping to let me know if I could expect it on time to ensure that I’m not wasting money. That call never came.

Over 4weeks of this and close to 25 emails and I still don’t have the item nor do I have any communication with the company currently.

Also texted manager- - ghosted.

Great Quality, Fast Delivery, and Excellent Customer Service

I am very happy with how my custom Rock & Rails sign turned out for my HO train shelf layout project. From the beginning of the ordering process, Meon Neon did a great job double-checking everything with me, including the LED colors, size, and overall design, to make sure the final sign was exactly what I wanted.

The quality of the sign is great, and the finished product looks even better than I expected. The turnaround time was also very fast. After I gave them the go-ahead, I received the sign in about a week or less.

Mounting the sign was easy, and I had no issues at all. Overall, I am very pleased with the design, quality, customer service, and fast delivery. I would definitely recommend Meon Neon Signs to anyone looking for a custom LED neon sign.

Fantastic Glass Neon Porsche Sign

Fantastic final product! Looked even better than I expected. Shipped safe and sound because they did an outstanding job of packaging it. I was duly impressed. I ordered the Porsche glass tube neon sign and it turned out remarkable! Very happy with the experience all the way around. Noah is a VERY REPUTABLE man, who also is highly skilled at what he does. I would fully endorse them. Absolutely satisfied and will use them again for sure!

Exceptional customer service

I ordered a dimmer for some led strip lights that illuminate our porch. I couldn't get it to work and called customer service. Someone answered right away and patiently worked with me until I got it to work properly. I hadn't connected the receiver properly, which I blame in part on the manufacturer not including any directions, but that's not Meon Neon's fault.

Meon Neon provides exceptional customer service, especially at a time when most other businesses make it difficult or impossible to connect with a knowledgeable human being.

WOW! Absolutely amazing neons

From start to finish my experience with Vida & Meon neon has been nothing short of exceptional. Really friendly and helpful young lady who answered all my questions straight away and made me 2 outstanding neons for my man cave. The quality of work is amazing and look absolutely fantastic in my room , I’m actually in the process of ordering my 3rd neon with them for my husband. The speed of the delivery together with the packaging was amazing everything came perfect with everything to hang on the wall and a dimmer remote which in itself looks expensive. The prices are so so so good too and the cheapest iv found anywhere on Etsy and eBay these guys really are on another level of brilliance and they are my go to company now for neons.i highly recommend meon neon you will NOT be disappointed 10/10 thankyou girls you are amazingly talented xj

The BEST Neon Company in Denver!

When I was searching for a custom neon fabricator for my commission, I really wanted to support another Denver-based business and came across Meon Neon. I put in a proposal on a Sunday afternoon and by that evening, Vida had already been in touch with the bid and got it into production the next day! Prompt communication, outstanding value and an amazing one-of-a-kind neon for my production studio. I am in love with my sign and look forward to showcasing it for the world to see!

Absolutely Perfect!

The sign I asked for was absolutely perfect. I wanted to get a sign with my boyfriend‘s gamer tag and I sent an idea of the design I had and they were able to draw it up for me and get it done extremely fast so I had it done before Christmas!! It turned out better than I had hoped for and was super easy to install by myself and honestly definitely worth the money!!

Eye Catcher

Thank you Vida and Meon Neon for the amazing meon sign. I couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the vendor was professional, responsive, and made the entire process so easy. They took my logo and turned it into a beautiful, high-quality sign that looks even better in person.

The communication was excellent — they provided a digital mockup before production, made sure I was completely satisfied with the design, and kept me updated on the progress. The shipping was fast, the packaging was secure, and the sign arrived in perfect condition.

The quality of the neon is top-notch — bright, vibrant, and built to last. It instantly became the centerpiece of my space and everyone who sees it compliments it.

We love our neon sign!

I ordered a neon sign for my daughter's wedding from Tristan! He was great to work with and we all love the sign! We got it within a week or week and a half of ordering it! We can't wait to see it used at the wedding and their future home!

Great Experience!

We had an amazing experience with Meon Neon Signs! I worked with Tristan, who was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We ordered a large custom neon sign, and it turned out even better than we imagined. The quality is top-notch—it dims beautifully, came with everything we needed (even the hanging hardware!), and was super easy to install. This company does it right, every time

This company does it right. I got to work with one person all the way through, and talk to them about all the details I wanted for my sign. They worked with me on everything down to the last detail. Every other company was overpriced and didn’t have a real person I could talk to. Meon Neon got my sign made and delivered to my house in literally a week. Plus, it turned out super nice. I’m really psyched!!!

Amazing Custom Tiki Bar Sign!!!!

I ordered a custom neon sign for my parent’s patio and it is amazing! The quality of the sign is top notch and it was delivered even sooner than anticipated. The customer service was outstanding!
