Resposta da Mercedes Genuine Parts
Thank you for leaving feedback. If parts are in stock, usually it's 1-2 working days depending on the time ordered and what the part is, we prefer vehicle details prior to shipment to minimise errors from both our end as well as the customers end. Although we do not promise a delivery window due to circumstance which can occur out with our control, I see you did provide details and the part was in stock so you should really have received your order sooner, please accept our apologies :)

Resposta da Mercedes Genuine Parts
Thanks for taking time to leave a review. You bought the wrong parts for your car, we emailed you within 20 minutes of the order to make you aware and ask if you wanted the correct parts sent which were more expensive - you haven't replied. Please communicate with us rather than leaving negative reviews when there isn't a valid reason for it. I have cancelled and refunded your order, if you would like to order the correct parts please get in touch.
Quick delivery

This company is highly recommended
This company is highly recommended, I had problems with the courier company that was in trusted with the delivery, they basically lost my package, but Struan stepped in and sorted all the issues out. My order finally arrived very quickly and was just what I had ordered.

I initially provided the wrong part number but, just to make sure, MGP asked for the chassis number of my car and, once they confirmed the part number, they shipped me the appropriate part which was a perfect fit.
