I thought they were Warhammer and therefore good quality. I was wrong. They are just licensed by them. The hoody i ordered was not only 7 cm smaller than advertised (apparently this is normal) it wasnt soft like mentioned. 7cm is a MASSIVE difference in sizes. They dont care. I did get a refund after paying £6 in delivery charges. They only reply to messages in the middle of the night and constantly repeat themselves as if AI.

Ordered a sweatshirt and month ago and it still says waiting order. I have reached out multiple times and have never heard back. If I put an item in the cart, I get 4 emails in 24 hours reminding me to buy their item. Absolute dog crap company with 0 customer care.

Ordered a beanie, took 3 weeks to deliver (I’m in the UK so no excuse), it fell apart, took a risk and ordered another to replace it incase I had washed it wrong, 3+ weeks and counting, contacted customer services, was told they would investigate and get back to me with 72 hours, chased again after 4 days, told they were still looking into it. Pretty pss poor tbh in this world of same/next day delivery…

Excellent service and very rapid response to a minor issue which was resolved very quickly. A benchmark to others for customer service

Ordered on March 31st and still nothing as of April 12th.
Received a vague, unhelpful update on April 9th, but no real information about delivery or status. No proper communication, no transparency.
Extremely slow and unprofessional service. I would not recommend this webshop to anyone.

No results, just a company of thieves.

Fast and clear delivery service. E-mail information on every stage. I am glad that in the store I see prices given in the currency of my country. I am satisfied with the quality of the product. I'm sure I will order something again

While I ordered from the US store, two of my orders were processed through UK shipment coordinator EVRI. It has been a continuous nightmare of missing data with omission of US states, and packages being returned to the hub. I'm also trying to navigate their AI agent - whom informs me that international shipping takes time (when the tracking blatantly states error). It honestly would be easier to cancel my order at this point.

I'm only rating this 3 stars since I haven't received my order yet. I see that there's some sort of error with the shipment and it hasn't left the country of origin (Great Britain) yet. Not sure what that's about but I'm hoping to receive my item sometime this month.

Amazing customer service! If only every company made the effort to provide service this good, it would be fantastic. Rosey was a brilliant person to deal with. She was quick to find solutions to problems and always responded promptly and kindly. Give her a promotion – she’s incredible!

Item returned because of missing information on shipping label. Sending me another one with zero issues.

I did experience a brief delay in shipping but everything was resolved with no hassle and the customer service was prompt to respond and was very polite and offered a discount over the matter.

I recived a wrong article, the support replied very fast and was able to solve my problem. I am very happy with the service!

Fantastic Service. Outstanding support. I contacted support to speed up the delivery on an order as it was for a birthday present. I had daily updates and the parcel is expected a day ahead of schedule. I cannot thank Rosey and the team enough.

I've ordered several Joytoy figures from the Warhammer merch store and they normally get my orders to me promptly and without much fuss, but on the rare occasion that something has gone wrong they have also been incredibly helpful in resolving my issue and doing everything they can to fix the problem. I'll be ordering much more from them going forward!
