Eleanor went the extra mile. After the express parcel was not picked up as estimated, the made every effort to contact diverse departments / Fedex to possibly enable an arrival on the day the party was scheduled!

Congrats to this extraordinary employee! Parcel was shipped and welcomed by us on the day of the children´`s party!

cant fault the service but sadly my chandier was very badly tangled bought it for my 68th bday 4th may as a treat i intented keeping it up for a while,it took 2 of us to try untangle it and the finished result isnot quite like the picture and now its making me sad looking at it hanging up ,meri meri were very quik to sort it out and refunded me half the money ,theres not enough time now to order another one it would have looked so lovely hanging there for a while its so pretty

I bought birthday candles. For this quite high price you could at least expect that they are printed from both sides but one side is left blank. So everyone looking at the birthday cake from the wrong side sees funny white somethings instead of nicely coloured animals.

The crackers look amazing. I’m using the pink flowery crackers for my birthday in 2 weeks time. The Easter crackers are for my granddaughters.

Love love the products from Meri Meri. I have cards and lots of crackers and advent calendars ready for next year and grand kids, nieces and nephews 💖

Really attractive but several times now paper products have been poorly made. Recently Christmas crackers and gift bags I bought had at least 25% falling apart where glue had weakened. One of these was from a reseller and one was directly from the company. So avoid for better quality or order extra knowing that some will be unusable.

Meri Meri is a lovely shop for greetings cards; party 'stuff' and all things creative and for gifting.
Very good online ordering and delivery service.
Great choice of items for children's parties etc.

Lovely decorations bought for my young grandchildren.

I ordered party items for my daughters party - in good time - so no reasons for not receiving my order.

Money was taken and the order confirmed - however, when my delivery did not turn up as promised - two days before the party - I was told that there had been a mistake in despatch and my order had gone to the wrong customer!

Okay, mistakes happen - so I asked when I could have my order - sincere apologies from Kaylee in customer support - she will organise a new order - which will be guaranteed to be here within 24 hours - delivered by DPD.

Next day - time is late afternoon - party following day - and no delivery. I ring Kaylee - customer service - to be told that there is an issue - then went on to blame DPD

I then received 6 texts from DPD saying that they had changed my address as requested and my delivery would be made on Monday 04th November - aaagh - the party is on 02nd November.

I ring Kaylee again - to try and get an understanding of all that is going on - all I wanted was the order I had paid for.

Eventually Kaylee rings back to say that DPD will deliver the following day - the day of the party - BUT … she could not guarantee the delivery would happen

Enough is enough - I requested an immediate refund so I can go and find something - last minute and not as pretty - elsewhere.

I am not allowed a refund until my cancelled order arrives from DPD back at their warehouse!!

Not only did they lose my order - twice - but they completely let me down for my daughter’s birthday and now delaying my refund.

Such a disappointing experience with a company that appears to have such lovely and different products

Meri Meri has been a family favourite since the children were tiny.. everything is so beautifully made, charming and playful. arrives perfectly on time too - will be a repeat customer for ever!

I absolutely love my Holly dinner candles. So different and very pretty. I had a slight issue with one of the candles arriving slightly damaged which was very quickly resolved with a replacement set sent out. Great service indeed.Thanks Meri Meri!

We love Meri Meri and have several costumes over the years, as well as their beautiful decorations - candles and cake toppers, party accessories. The customer service is fantastic, we recently had a problem with an order which was put right immediately. The brand really prides itself on quality and it shows through and through.

Scam, you subscribe to get 15% discount but you never receive discount but spam emails.

Easy to order. Items arrived quickly. Beautifully packaged. I bought children’s Christmas crackers and am very pleased with them. First time I’ve ordered. Will definitely order again
