My issues were never cleared
First issue turned out tobe an uncovered component never covered in the agreement
Took more than a month for someone to identify
2nd and 3rd issue were only partially confirmed
Meaning only a small portion of the repair expense was covered
Lastly i had begun working with a different administrator as i was expressing that I would like to have my contract cancelled/closed
As my agreement was paid upto the beginning of the next month
The advisor and I had an agreement that we would review my options
But we would do so on the 2nd of the following month
It turns out that someone contacted the company that collects the monthly payments and instructed them to reopen the payment portal for my account after i had advised that they no longer process any further payments against my account
I have sent emails requesting that my account be closed immediately and the current payment be returned to me
No follow up or acknowledgment from service advisor or anyone else
Do not recommend that anyone enter into an agreement with this company
They are not responsive to their clients

The claims process can be a little slow, but overall the claim was paid and my car is back on the road.

Dave was wonderful! He worked diligently to make sure my claim was taking care of and made the process a lot less stressful .

Its not as bad as l thought, they made it happen for. Great work you guys

It took about 3weeks from the time I took it in to find if it was approved.

I was given cordial and respectable treatment.

Didn't fix my problem horrible warranty company wish I would have never purchased it

most of my issues were because of the extensive time the automotive company took to diagnose my car. They had my car for 10 days and only 5 hours of laor were involved, so my car rental coverage did not apply. nce it was diagnosed, I then had to provide additional information of my maintenance, which tok a couple of days. I just think it could and should have been completed in a more timely, efficient manner

It took nearly 2.5 weeks to have my claim approved! 2.5 weeks that my car wasn't allowed to leave the shop or my claim would automatically be denied. It took 2 weeks for an adjuster to even come out, just to take the same pictures and information the dealership sent. Then the warranty didn't even cover the entire expense.

They are worth paying for, helps a lot and I’m very happy with the outcome when my car has an issues.

I had a problem with my BMW car, and this company resolved everything.

I am very unhappy about the service an way I was spoke to when I called an spoke to the man in charge of my case The service Dept was super I am canceling my service with your company I had to put out over 1000.00 for repairs that should have been covered. I went without a car for a week.

These guys are scammers. I had been paying them $146 every month for over a year and a half, and the one day I needed their help to repair my AC, which wasn’t working, they told me no.
I was extremely disappointed and had to cancel my service.

I love that they cover my car. But there are some loopholes that they don’t tell you about. I have a 2018 Audi. Sooo you know it’s really expensive. They definitely help out. I needed two bearings and some type of other work. Only a part of my bearings were covered, nothing else . I looked in my booklet. I sure it was supposed to be fully be covered. But at least it wasn’t the entire price. I guess. I’ll contact them later.

Horrible service

I had hub go out on my F150 and I took it to the Ford dealership to get it fixed and the manager came out to
me when I picked it up and he told me had such a great experience with USAPS and was talking about how easy they made the process to handle the warranty service. Im very happy it went so well!! He said he has dealt with other warranty companies and how easy it was for them to get it handled!! I appreciate USAPS alot for making it so easy!!
