Delivery was quick and got what i needed, only thing happened was that upper part of boots couldn't close the buckles, to small upper part bit size it self was perfect, so i needed to send them back but i want boots anyway from your shop but how to know size of upper part of boots from the base of the calf…

Lack of response
Lack of response when trying to get a refund. I have emailed you 3x times and tried to call but no response. It was paid via paypal credit card, so I don't have an IBAN number as you request on the return page for this credit card.

Regarding the return form – an IBAN may be requested there, but for PayPal payments this is not needed, and the refund would be processed back to the original payment method used for the order.
Once the return package arrives, we will of course proceed with the refund as soon as possible.

Defective product
Arrived to Canada quickly, great selection, however the In Flames shirt decal is not centered. It's essentially a factory second. Should never have made it out of the warehouse. It's prohibitively expensive to return.

The US was shown as a place where they…
The US was shown as a place where they could ship to. However, after placing my order, I was contacted a few days later and told that I could not receive my purchase. They refunded me, but I think it is a bit ridiculous to have the US as an option in the shipping list when they don't ship there.

My only fault is having to use DHL for delivery. DHL don't provide an estimated time of delivery where I live, only the day of delivery.
