Where to start…
The sales person Nassy took the wrong measurements, made us believe it was possible to have the push to open with soft close on the drawers which at the end didn’t work out and estimated the entire job to take max 2 days.
Instead we had fitters coming around for 6 days! This was because they had to rectify the initial job where all doors were wobbly and not align, nothing was flush! So many of the panels were scratched and not even cut straight. It really looked like the fitters lack the basic cabinetry/carpentry skills for the job!
My partner lost days of work to let the fitters continue the job and we both went through so much stress in not being able to have a bedroom for a full week!
Not only we had to keep pointing out to the poor quality of the job but now the real wooden floor is damaged and we have to pay for a decorator to come to re paint the walls which were just done.
Plus one of the cheeky fitters threw cigarettes butts all over the driveway and I had to clean them up on my own in the evening.
I really wouldn’t recommend!
All of this inconvenience was only compensated by a miserable 8% discount! Ridiculous! Really avoid Metro Wardrobes!

I am so pleased with my bespoke fitted wardrobe by Metro, I absolutely love it! Excellent customer services from beginning to the end. The designers were very flexible, patient and attentive and the wardrobe is exactly the way I wanted and more. Thank you, Metro Wardrobes, for the great work I have and would recommend to anyone!

Installation of wardrobes was efficient and completed to a high standard.

Fantastic service from the whole team at Metro Wardrobes. Thomas was a huge help throughout and stayed with the project right until completion. Going and visiting the factory was a great experience for us and left us feeling totally reassured. The fitting team were even ready before we were! And then had everything done in 1.5 days. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Metro wardrobes are amazing, I am definitely glad we went for them. We were being told we'd have to wait 3-4 months by Sharps and Hammonds. Metro Wardrobes fitted ours in under 1 month! They also have many more styles and designs (and are slightly cheaper). Palek is super helpful and will make the process quick and easy - thanks so much!! You must consider using Metro wardrobes if you are looking into a new wardrobe fitting.

Great fitted wardrobe looks amazing, quality is outstanding the designed is just what i wanted. Time frame of installation is very quick. Customer service was spot on even after installation they checked to see if I was happy.

I am very satisfied with metro.
My project manager was Thomas. From designing my wardrobes and dressing tables to getting it installed with an expert team was all looked after with great detail. At each stage he was very proactive in being in touch and looking after the full project.
Also all the members of the metro team have been very helpful and each one knows and does their job very well.

Couldn't be more impressed with Metro Wardrobes. Polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and a very high standard of works. From the first visit from the designer to the tweaks and changes I made to the design and then the small army of fitters that arrived to complete the works, a very happy customer.

First time customer with Metro Wardrobes, and I have to say the customer service is brilliant. The lady whom I was dealing with, Palak, put me first as the customer, was patient, informative, detailed, replied back to all queries in a timely manner. Very quick turnover as other wardrobes companies had let us down. Prices are competitive, and they offer a 10-year guarantee.

Once the wardrobes were installed me and my wife then decided we wanted an additional fitted shelving unit which was not agreed upon in the first quotation. As now we were an existing customer, the price was negotiated to a fair amount. Which was installed soon after the main installation. We were very impressed.

On the day of installation, the fitters had arrived in a long wheeled based Metro Van and 3 staff, Kinjal and his 2 installers had arrived. I was present during the installation, several times during the day I had a look to check the progress. Metro sent someone beforehand to pre-measure which enabled the installation to be erected in such an impressive speed. My ceiling and wall were not straight, however during the installation, they cut the wood to the exact measurement to fit perfectly. Couldn't even tell.

I would highly recommend Metro, high quality wood was used with a mix of Chip Board and MDF, sliding doors are soft close, draw sliders are high quality soft close, design had a pocket door which now vanishes behind the wardrobes.

Take your time and negotiate, it's definitely worth it.

Metro wardrobes provided the most competitive quote and lead time for my fitted wardrobes. The service was friendly, reliable and any queries were dealt with promptly. I would recommend them.

If you are wondering whether to use metro wardrobes or not- please do not hesitate! They are fantastic. I visited the factory in Wembley on Thursday, placed the order for two fitted wardrobes for two separate rooms on that day. 4 days later- the job is completely done (Monday)!!!! The turn around time is incredible and the work is impeccable. I’m really so happy with the result and I will definitely use them again for any other fitted furniture needs. Tom was the representative I had the most contact with, he was the nicest man in the world, and so accessible. The whole team is so accessible, there’s a real family feel to the whole operation and they are clearly a very professional bunch with a lot of integrity.

I had an amazing experience with Metro Cupboards. Right from the first design visit, visits in the showroom, numerous changes in designs and finally installation, it was a very smooth process. Palak from the design team was always patient, understanding and made the necessary changes whenever needed.

Their quotes were almost half of even the quotes we got from freelancers (with the same material type, 19mm board, soft hinges, shaker). The reason for this difference becomes clear when you visit their factory, where you see the scale of their manufacturing and thereby not paying any middlemen or marketing.

Once the designs were confirmed, they installed it within a week which was unparalleled. The fitter - Divesh - went above and beyond to ensure minimum disruption to our work, made even last minute changes at our request and also some suggestions that we agreed to, customisations that were not in scope, truly representing the great customer service they provide.

All the process before installation was done remotely which was amazing.

I would highly recommend their services.

Metro Wardrobes were great to work with. They installed beautiful cupboards for us. They worked closely with us on the design, even while we were in India. Fitting was great, and the team was very accommodating. Palak and Divyesh were a pleasure to work with.
