Fast, efficient and super friendly service
Superb service to repair a broken flush mechanism. Samuel was polite, friendly, cheerful, very helpful and did a great job installing the new mechanism. All at a single days notice. Absolutely spot on.

Mike Lawson was extremely helpful and professional carried out the tasks without falter and took time to explain the issue with a detailed description and physical demonstration, a credit to Dyno Rod and one of the best engineers I have had experience with from British gas,he should be used for guidance and training with new recruits to show them what it takes to carry out a first class experience.
