Jack F came to fix a dripping tap but the job was a lot more complicated than anticipated. Jack problem solved brilliantly, adapting what he had in stock. Very polite and efficient.

Engineer was on time, polite and cleaned up after himself.
He did the jobs, efficiently and without any fuss.
He explained the main problem - an air blockage - and how to resolve it.

Job Number DY-WO-5874848. Many thanks to Simon who carried out a repair to the pipework leading into the boiler. Quick fix and had us up and running in 20 minutes. Reassuring and friendly service.

I was visited by Mr Jack Fowler this morning, he phoned prior to arriving and said about w what time he thought he would arrive. He arrived early and completed the job efficiently and explained what he was doing and answered any questions I asked. Prior to leaving he cleaned up.

We had our second visit this time to put a new cartridge on the shower as the hot and cold water was hard to set. The lime scale in the water had eroded it over the time. Simon had been out to sort the one in the bath, the customer service we received yet again from Simon was second to none. He also fitted a descaler so this would sort all the issues with the limescale. We can’t speak highly enough of Simon, does his job brilliantly and such a nice guy. Job JB5819823. Good communication from Metserve, would recommend.
