I've had a terrible experience. I bought a device on November 29, 2025, and as of today, January 15, 2026, they haven't sent the device, they haven't returned my money (which is $520), they haven't responded to my emails, and I can't reach them by phone. They are scammers! They need to be punished! They are con artists!
Not a reputable business
I ordered an electric wheelchair and they sent the wrong model. I contacted them for an exchange or refund and I was told the one I ordered was no longer available due to a safety issue. They said they would send me a return shipping label. This went on for weeks and after I contacted Visa they eventually sent the label. I returned it but never received a refund. They stretched out the process past the 60 days Visa could get my money back. They stole my 1475.00. dollars

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY from this place, do not order from them!!! We ordered a small device in early Oct, was told it would ship Oct 23...nothing. Took forever to reach someone via chat, they said it would ship Oct 30. Today is 11/11/25, nothing. Finally, someone reached out via chat and said the item is out of stock, they should have in this week Friday and ship Monday. I asked via chat, what happened to our original order. Heard nothing back. I asked for a refund, heard nothing back. Nightmare! STAY AWAY, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!

For anybody who had the misfortune of ordering from this company, let me help you with some advice as to how to get rid of them fast and get your money back. Don't deal with them directly. I paid with Paypal, so after trying to deal with this company, I decided it is not worth the headache. I contacted Paypal directly and told them this company is scamming people. They took care of it for me and within 20 minutes Meubon had cancelled my order and are giving my money back. So don't even bother dealing with them. Go strait to the constitution you paid them with. Save yourself migraines and heart palpitations. This company can ignore you, but they can't ignore banks. Hope this helps someone with their frustration.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. I purchased a wheelchair for my wife, and the so-called “customer service” was nothing short of a nightmare. When I asked for a refund, the representative yelled at me for five full minutes, blaming me for their mistakes. I was shocked—completely dumbfounded that a company could treat a customer this way. His behavior was aggressive, unprofessional, and outrageous. Reading other reviews now, I see I’m not alone. If you live in the United States and expect to be treated with basic respect and honesty, do not do business with this company.
Fortunately, if they do not issue a full refund, I have extensive documentation and am fully prepared to take legal action.
Note to all dissatisfied reviewers-
If any of you have been scammed like me and it seems to be everyone here, let’s take them to court with a class action lawsuit.

We ordered a transport chair at the beginning of June with the understanding that it would be here mid June. By July it still wasn't here so I started contacting them. At first they were very polite saying that they had supply issues, they just restocked and it would ship the following week. I followed up then they said that it had shipped and I would receive a tracking number via email. Nothing. Now they don't even answer on the chat box or the phone. I'm afraid we've been scammed and have no idea how to get the $1500 bucks back. As if life isn't hard enough.
UPDATE: right after posting this, I received a tracking number. The story keeps changing. The chair had supposedly already shipped. According to the tracking, it is shipping from Hong Kong today. I will update this post and even change my review to a positive one if the chair ever shows up.

The chair actually showed up. I'll give them that. But they are NOT a US company and I had to pay a duty fee in addition to the $1500! By the time it got here from Hong Kong, the box was round from being rolled around and one piece was broken.
So overall - I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I've paid Meubon (mayerwood retail llc) quite a lot of money for a wheelchair and I did not receive anything from them! This was purchased from Meubon.com with their name on the payment transaction via Paypal, but no communication and no delivery of my order! I've communicated with customerservice at meubon.com, but no response and no delivery...
Purchase Date: 03 May 2025 and 18 June no feedback and no delivery.

It's a real shame that I can't give Meubon ZERO stars
It's a real shame that I can't give this company zero stars. I ordered an oxygen concentrator for my father on May 18th. It was supposed to be delivered by May 27th. When I contacted them through both email and chat about when it would be delivered when the 27th had come and gone, I was told I could expect an email update the next day. This never happened and so I canceled the order. Only after I tried to cancel the order did I finally get a response to my email informing me that the product had shipped. I called them and told them I did not want the product and was told that I would receive an email with a return shipping label. It took another 5 days to receive the email with the shipping label and when I opened it I found that the shipping address was not the originating warehouse address but an individual in Maryland who apparently had also ordered the item. When I told Meubon through yet another email that this was unacceptable, incredibly I received a call from them within 20 minutes. The caller yelled at me and told me they could do whatever they wished, going so far as to say they could ship it to the moon if they wanted. When I told them a return entailed sending the package back to the sender and not forwarding it on, I was told that they could not accept returns. But I guess their new customer could? And with me as the shipper and not Meubon? I would recommend that this company be investigated and that no one ever orders from this incredibly shady company.

Wouldn't even give a star if there was an option, i should of checked more on reviews here adn fb all similiar experience. Front line agent is horrible customer service.Here is part of what i went through. I had placed an order, my family member past away about day after I placed orders. I called send and email to cancel my order. Person on the call said they canceled and will take 15 -22 days for refund. I never received response on email I sent nor email confirming the cancelation. 2 days later I received confirmation of my the order being shipped. I had tried to call again no answer until I finally did agent said not able to do anything wait until recieve package and call back for returning label, I asked if I can get returning label now since I do not want to call again and take for ever for response. He said it was an error and was not canceled they are unable to to send returning label because was shipping status. This company has 0 customer service as this representative yelling over what I was saying. He was most likely same person that did not cancel my order as it seems he is the only one that answers when i called again right after because he hanged up. I ask him nicely I wanted to speak with supervisor or some one else. His response I am the supervisor and none of your business if there some one else. He was really rude , uncontrollable of tone of voice and talking over me only wanted me to listen to him. With all honestly this has me feeling like this is a scam, waiting for the item but I hope I do get my refund as I spent over $1000. I am beyond disappointed on the lack of customer service as a supposedly supervisor, I heard what he had to say and I kept control and avoided to lower my standards of disrespect how I was being disrespected and treated. I hope there are more people in this business and quality control to that call was recorded of the level this representative actions were. He kept repeating same thing yelling over me as I was talking to him that i wanted to speak with someone else he stated "you dont understand my english", "I am the supervisor", called me a liar, and hanged up. I feel scammed and hope to get my full refund.

I wish I could give this totally unprofessional company negative stars. I bought a transport wheelchair for my disabled father and it never showed up. I then tried to call the company and I was able to get ahold of who I assume is the owner. All he did was yell at me and call me a liar. He stated that I most certainly did receive the item and just want a refund, which is 100% false. I wish I would have seen all the horrible reviews before I wasted $700. Now that I have reported his company, he keeps calling and harassing me.

This company is a complete scam and fraudulent!!!!! RUN!!!! I reported them to the authorities in my city and then where they are located. The address that they say the company is located is actually a border up abandoned church, according to the sheriff in the town! I still can’t get my $970. Costumer service yells and bullies! I lost time with my loved one who is terminally ill! They are praying on people who are ill and dying!!!! It doesn’t get much lower then that!
Phone Call about Product & Bad Reviews - STAY AWAY!
I just contacted this company to ask about their product and to inquire about the poor reviews on Trustpilot (1.8 stars). The screaming guy that everyone mentions in their reviews is THEIR sales team. Lol. I think this is the only sales person they have and most likely the owner. The chat person asked me for my phone number and a man with a very thick accent called and immediately raised his voice and started screaming when I asked about his reviews. He said Trustpilot is not a trustworthy site, but to look at the reviews on his website: meubon.com. I asked why the address he provided doesn't appear on the directory of the shopping center, and he said that the information is not updated. So every source of information points to a one-man show with horrible products and very bad manners to make matters worse, and most likely a virtual office in Houston, Texas. Considering that more than 80% of his customers are complaining and that he is not registered with the BBB, and that he cannot prove he is a legit business, his words not mine, I will stay away from this creep. He said he doesn't have to prove that he's legit. Lol. Of course not! And we don't have to make purchases either. I feel bad for those who do not do their due diligence and make a purchase based on price only, which seems to be the only reasonable thing on this website, but not worth the risk and hassle.

This is as of April 10th 2025, I still have not received a refund from you people. The machine was returned back in December and I would like to see my money returned. There's just no reason for it. You guys have a money back guarantee for 30 days. I sent it back within so I don't know why you're not giving me money back. This is just not right.

No Answers to Nonworking Product
Wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing from Meubon. The sent a machine with very poor instructions and it gives an error meesage since I turned it on upon arrival. I called and someone called me back right away, which gave me hope. I asked for better instructions, described the problem and sent them a video showing the machine doesn't work. I have received no response since. My calls go unanswered. I am deeply worried they sent me a non working machine and I wrote emails asking to return it, but there is no answer either. This is extremely upsetting.

I ordered a product that was marketed on their online website. When delivered it was not the product that was promised online. When trying to call customer service, there was no answer for at least four days, along with emails that were sent and also a chat line that never responded. When finally contacting a person it was a very angry man who started screaming at me about the purchase. He kept saying this is what you ordered, this is what you ordered! I said no what I ordered what was on your website what you gave me was a knock off. I paid $5900 for this machine and it also came with the no plug as well. I then had to end the call with the endless screaming from the man on the other end. He then repeatedly kept calling my phone multiple times and basically harassing me. He then said he would send me a return label, I said that’s great. We’re getting somewhere. I asked will you be sending me a confirmation with this return label that you will be refunding me my money. He then started screaming at me again saying I don’t have to do that and I won’t do that. After looking further into this company, it takes 21 days to get your money back if they accept your return according to their inspection. So basically you will be returning a machine and not getting your money back. I contacted the Better Business Bureau as well as PayPal credit card regarding his business dealings. This is a terrible company. I recommend no one deal with them, this man is a scammer and does a bait and switch with all products..
