I ordered a jacket (£34) from here and almost a year later am still waiting, I emailed them about 2 weeks later as the tracking said it was delivered but I never got it and they only just emailed me back today with spelling mistakes and words where they should have been it just made no sense at all!
I have recently tried to go onto the website but it’s closed down!

Wrong item sent, then how about you keep the item and we'll give you a 10% refund and 20% off your next order (optimistic much!). Then they ignored us for 3 months and offered the same again. We didn't accept then, why would we accept now? It's not even like the items were similar, what was ordered was a jacket with chocolate brands on it and what was delivered has what I can only assume is Nascar related branding on it and it's horrible showerproof material to boot. The only positive to come from this is my daughter has learnt to check review sites on suppliers as it's her own money she's lost.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered 2 jackets when I finally got the product it was not the quality advertised and they also sent me the wrong product. After 3 months of emailing without a response they finally responded yesterday saying they can only offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase or a 20% refund of the product I ordered and didn’t get!!! This isn’t right!

I ordered 2 jackets, a denim jacket and a racing jacket- after 3 months of waiting they finally arrived and neither looked anything like how they were advertised, both were way too small and extremely poor quality, after the money I’ve spent I expect real denim and at least not a raincoat for a jacket, I can’t even access their website once the package was delivered! This is a scam! And it’s rubbish, I want a refund.

Wouldn’t even give 1 star if I had too. Retailer sends incorrect items, makes it increasingly difficult to get a refund/replace item, ceases trading then starts again under a different name. Terrible customer service - advises you keep item and they will give you discount on your next order. Will only refund if you return the items you didn’t order even though as you can see from previous reviews this is not an isolated incident - this charge is also not covered and again leaves you out of pocket even more. Company has been reported to the correct authorities. Please do not buy from this seller.

i ordered the infamous madison beer jacket, it took a month and a half to come and looked NOTHING like the picture, it looked like a raincoat and wasn't even my size. i haven't got my money back yet but hopefully i do. btw their instagram keeps ignoring my messages and so r there emails. they also changed their website completely and got rid of the old one. never buying from them again!

Refund me my money back how is it closed I ordered about 2-3 weeks ago it said it’s was placed and now the site is closed?! I was looking forward to those jackets send me my money back that’s not right I’ll be getting my lawyer involved

I ordered from them three weeks ago and I got the jacket today it is so different from the picture. I just send them an email to get a refund but I don't know if it will work. If it doesn't work does someone has an idea on how I can get my money back?

COMPLETE waste of money! $60 plus shipping for something that looked completely different from what arrived. Took 5-6 weeks to arrived and looks like it took 2 minutes to make. Big mistake.

I made the big mistake of ordering on this site without looking at the reviews, I know that I am not the only one nor the last to get ripped off, that's why I invite you to report their instagram account

* update from the review below* the company is definitely operating a scam. They tell you to hang on and excuse the delays due to shipping etc. However this is because it is difficult to claim a refund through our banks here in the uk. Most banks will refund if it’s within three months.
I was lucky to have received my refund today by my bank. The details of the company have been passed onto their fraud/investigation department.

Also Well, now having looked at the review percentage. I wish I had searched this company before placing an order for my daughters birthday (in January 2021) I still have not received the jackets and on conversing with them, still no refund.

My bank is now looking to claim the refund and also Instagram are looking into this.

It is highly likely I’ll get my money back through my bank however it is imperative that this company is dealt with. As having looked into, they are a scam.

Almost 2 months since I placed my order, and after filing a dispute on paypal for items never received, I now thru that dispute have gotten a tracking number -- and after 10 days of usps having a label for it and no package, I plugged the number into a universal tracking site. It's legit coming from china. They're not even close to being based in the US like their website says, which to me who shops on sites like shein constantly seems a stupid and unnecessary lie. Sure didnt save them from all these bad reviews. As of my writing this my package has been in the mail 2 weeks, and goldvivid site seems to be removed from the web. Links no longer work. I ordered the nascar racing style jackets with all the patches, unfortunately exactly what other reviews say were advertised with stolen photos and come in terrible quality. I hope I can still get my money back thru paypal dispute if it arrives and is as terrible as I'm expecting, but PayPals language worries me. It says it has to be "significantly not as described" and idk what that means. If it's not what's in the photo, which was a clearly well crafted warm and multi layered jacket, is that significantly not as described? Or will I only get my money back if I ordered an orange jacket and it comes to me lime green? Also now that the site is down, I expect to have a harder time proving they used false photos. Hopefully I sent screenshots to someone on messenger back when I was still excited. Hhhhh. Will update on reciept.

i ordered a chicago bulls jumper and a saint laurent sweatshirt from here. took months and months for the order to show up, items were terrible quality with literal SPELLING MISTAKES on the logos and products etc. the bulls logo on the back of the jacket literally spelt ghicago bulls and yves saint laurent spelled vves siant larrnt. DO NOT BUY. they didnt respond to my emails or messages and continued to take more money out of my account after i had paid. COMPANY IS A SCAM!!

Goldvivid is a scam. I ordered on 23rd January 2021 and ordered 3 sweatshirts. And let me tell you when they didn’t even bother trying to cover up the fact that they are scamming me. They sent 2 products and they are the worst products I seen in my entire life. They are disgusting and their response?
“You will be spending more money if you return” I don’t want to return I want you guys to refund or resend the original products that I ordered .
Goldvivid is one of those “companies” that will be ready to threaten and steal from you in the streets if they were a human.

Terrible refund experience. Order took 5 & 6 weeks to arrive. Sweatshirts liked by teenager. Jackets terrible & not like photos. Five weeks into email correspondance. Continuous stalling; request for photos, requests for reasons, offer of 25% refund, offer of vouchers, offer of 35%. Tried using Instagram account as per another review. Instagram person at least mostly responsive & seem to tell the service desk to respond as email response comes back within few hours of going to Insta account. Big learning lesson for teenager on checking how dodgy the refund page is- badly written English (suggesting hastily put up site), no physical address etc. Going to try PayPal as per another reviewer

Have waited 8 weeks for goods to turn up, nothing received so far. From other reviews I am not expecting delivery at all, or poor quality if anything.

I have sent 3 emails, but had only 1 email response which was nonsensical but seemed to blame covid for shipping; terrible they are jumping on that bandwagon. Shame on them.

I ordered for my teenage daughter without checking the company out first, so taking responsibility for that. But will open a PayPal dispute to see if I can get money back, will provide update if so.

Update - 12 weeks after ordering, 2 tops arrived. The first looked like web image but was cheap material, no care labels, poor quality. The second was wrong; ordered a chocolate coat, they sent (cheap) green checked lumberjack shirt. Made a claim under Paypal Buyer Protection scheme and got most of money back. Glad I had used Paypal! Save yourself the bother and don't order in first place.

I should’ve read the reviews before buying this awful product, the product looks nothing like the picture. I regret buying this product! Wasted almost £40 just for this! and I couldn’t even return it :( WHAT A SCAM!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! Product took weeks to arrive as unbeknown to me it came from China, awful quality with threads hanging off, so I asked to send it back and company have been ignoring all my emails, and have blocked me on all social media platforms.
