All the times Ive ever dealt with credit union I have always thought they were really nice people. Spoke to Chris this morning in Artane and he was absolutely fantastic.. An extremely nice guy, full of knowledge and intrinsically helpful... Who ever is running the Artane office is clearly doing a great job becuase the staff are nice, engaging and helpful. Well done all around..

A good credit union with many services and now a better location, but the online application is AWFUL. Very buggy, almost impossible to reset password and no support outside of business hours. If you have issues its almost impossible to get it to reset without getting an "account suspended" message after which there's no way to fix it without calling the office - which means waiting up to 3 days if its a Friday night.

A great team when I apply for a covered loan they are very helpful. Happy to answer any questions you may have.

The girls on the phones really need to learn how to talk to the public.

Never have I heard such unprofessionalism and discourtesy from people who work for what is essentially a bank, not a credit union as all of their lending is solely based on your credit score.

Don't waste your time joining or applying for a loan if you have less than exemplary earnings or a pristine credit score as they wont even review it or even tell you that they wont/didnt review it, well, they will eventually tell you when you have to call back to deal with one of their snotty employees after the first snotty employee hangs up the phone on you mid conversation.

Id join a different credit union if possible. These aren't the friends of working people that they used to be.

Recently charged €5 for a statement in donaghmede.
Staff could do with more customer service training
