An Excellent Service
We recently used Marie Forkan to prepare our Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and we could not be more pleased with the service we received.
She came highly recommended to us, and she absolutely lived up to that recommendation. From our first meeting, she was professional, approachable, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything clearly and made what could have been a complicated and emotional process feel straightforward and well organised.
We particularly appreciated the time she took to understand our circumstances and ensure that all our wishes were properly reflected. Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt confident that we were in very capable hands.

The importance of seeking the right professional help when making a will or dealing with legal matters such as power of attorney
Making a will and dealing with legal matters can be very stressful and overwhelming- that’s how I felt before I met with Marie.
Marie has a very calm and professional approach, she has a lovely way of explaining what needs to be done whilst taking into account the complexity involved on such a sensitive matter

Complex needs overcome with ease
From our first meeting to signing our wills, Marie was most helpful and thorough. She was always happy to answer any of our questions in a timely manner. We had what to us, was very complex needs but Marie explained in layman terms to make the process overall very easy and quick.
