The lid of the Zelos watch case was not…
The lid of the Zelos watch case was not attached, and after I re-attached it (with some difficulty) I found the latch would not secure properly. All other aspect of the transaction were satisfactory.

FWIW, at the time of shipping, when we sent your package to the care of address you provided, there was no issue with the box at all. We do test every watch, and carefully inspect every watch and package right before shipping and our staff would've also noticed an issue with the box then since we have to open and close it and latch it to take the watch out for testing and put the watch inside afterwards. With the box being a thick aluminium metal box, and how it was packaged in bubble wrap padding and additional Styrofoam holding the metal box tight in the outer corrugated cardboard box, it is difficult to imagine how it may accidentally become damaged en route to the address you specified, but should this unlikely situation occur again, please send us a quick snap photo of the issue ASAP so we can take care of it for you.
Normally we could ping the microbrand for a free replacement for you, but given that the watch was delivered roughly a month ago, that would not be an option here. Please feel free to get in touch via email or our online chat if you'd like a new box. I also have one of these watches (same model and color) and would be happy to send you my box, which I've never used, so it is still new and in a pristine condition.
