I've written several reviews now about the Microbrand store as I bought 3 watches from there. All different but great prices and fantastic watches. The website is a watch-lover's dream if you want something of quality at an affordable price. You can drill down through the deals, or limited edition models, or the new releases, always finding one with the right combination of features and style to suit your budget. The descriptions and photographs are very helpful and spot on based on my own experiences.

I have known about this site since exploring for watches over lockdown in 2019. I was looking over the site this weekend and saw the usual chat window pop up. So I asked a Q and got an immediate response. I was surprised as it was Saturday lunchtime in the UK. It turns out I was chatting to the owner, Neil. We ended up talking watches (and roots as we both hail from Essex). He didn't rush me and was extremely helpful, telling me about makes and models and showing me some upcoming releases as well as new releases. I had only visited the site to buy one particular limited edition diver watch and needed up buying 3 watches! There was no upselling. It was simply that Neil was so helpful and informative that I realised I loved what he showed me and they were at a very fair price. And one of them was exclusive to the store. It was a pleasure dealing with the Microbrand store and now I can't wait for my watches to arrive. I would thoroughly recommend for the choices, prices and service!

Ordered Nov 1, 2020 and received on yesterday Nov 11, 2020.. UPS is not updating their site quickly, which being I asked to seller, he feedback me without hesitate. Totally acceptable. Yesterday paid the import tax for having it, and the product, it's a pleasant pleasure to have. Wearing it, give me a bit of motivation just looking at it, inspiring. Thank you seller!!

These guys are great!! My son absolutely loves the watch I ordered. It arrived just in time for his birthday which was unbelievable considering all the delays with the pandemic. And a great handwritten note from Neil was especially appreciated. My new go to for all watch needs!!

I ordered the Waldhoff Ultramatic diamond silver. I received the watch today, just under two weeks after I ordered it. Considering the restrictions around the pandemic, this was pretty good going.

The watch itself is stunning, and was bought to celebrate a recent achievement. I'm very pleased with it. A handwritten note from Neil, the owner, regarding the accuracy of the watch was a nice, personal touch.

Ordering to the UK, from Japan, meant there were import duties and handling fees. This was made clear on the Microbrand website, so I was expecting it. When all was said and done, I still made a decent saving on buying direct from the manufacturer.

I would certainly use the Microbrand store again.

I ordered the Melbourne Portsea Calendar watch from this store after a couple of online conversations. they despatched the watch the very next day and I was sent the tracking info. The watch took 6-days to get from Japan to my local delivery office in the UK. Considering the current restrictions for the Corona Virus problems, it was a super fast delivery. I had to pay the local VAT and Customs charges (unavoidable as this is an import).
There was a hand written thank you note plus four Japanese beer coasters in the box. A nice touch.
It is a beautifully designed watch.The contrast of blue hands on the white ceramic face is just amazing. I am very happy with the watch, the communications and the service.

Recently bought a watch from The Microbrand Store, there was a short delay in dispatching the watch due to reasons beyond their control, but I was always keep fully updated and offered options to what had been agreed regards shipping.
A great buying experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others!

Draken Kalahari. Amazingly fast delivery from MBS’s Japanese stockpile, even in ithe Coronavirus environment. Watch was perfect. My only complaint is that the watch runs about 22 sec/ day fast - within Seiko’s factory parameters, but it would have been nice if someone had regulated the watch a bit. Will buy from MBS again.

Incredible personalized customer service. I felt a little like I was a being a pain but was met with prompt answers to questions, links showcasing watches that fit my taste and requests of materials, etc. EVERY TIME. Not once did they seem put off by my questions, even after the 10th email and beyond I was met with care, passion, and knowledge. I have had the best watch buying experience period from these people. They have earned a loyal customer here. I recommend anyone looking for their next watch from a massive list of microbrands to at least reach out to these people before you make any purchase.

Has a very nice selection of micro brand watches at fair prices. Shipment was prompt with a good delivery.
