We hope you'll consider revising your review as you never asked us for our phone number, which we'd have been happy to share if you asked, and we also print/write our US phone number on the shipping label for the package you received from us, just in case the shipping agent has questions or you do regarding a delivery, so you do have that information.
FYI we do provide a number of ways to get in touch with us online including a real-time chat system on our web site which is preferred since most of our customers are in a different time zone, email for when we're not online, and a form on our site you can fill in if you prefer not to use email. We also chat to many customers using Facebook Messenger and on various social media systems, and reviewers here have frequently commented on our timely responses and personal service via all of these media.

An excellent experience on every aspect
I could have never expected a better service than the one I received from the Microbrand Store. They sent my Waldhoff Ultramatic Tourbillon immediately and it arrived here in no time. I appreciate that they do check the watches before sending them out. They are kind, quick and efficient, and I will definitely recommend them to everyone.

Tracking of Japan post / USPS sucks. Additionally, it’s good thing but they require signature so make sure you are available at home. Overall nice packing and good looking watch. Will purchase from them in future.
