Had my son’s circumcision done at 5 weeks old. I was really nervous as it’s my first experience. I found this place via google search & the positive reviews made me book with them. From the moment I booked I was receiving reminder messages of our appointment & what documents we needed to bring with us.
Day of appointment - we were greeted outside the surgery and was lead straight in for a mini consultation and payment was made. We was then taken into the surgery room and met with doctor & nurse who gave us a step by step of what was going to happen. The process took 10mins - very quick & efficient.
Since the circumcision we have been receiving daily messages of what to expect, we was also given online slides with information & pictures for reference which was a massive help.
The whole process and the way this company handles everything made the process so much easier and very reassuring. 10000% definitely would recommend this place.

I had a very positive experience with Midland Circumcision Clinic. The whole process was professional, caring, and efficient from start to finish. The staff were reassuring and explained everything clearly, which really helped put us at ease.
One of the things I appreciated most was the daily message service. The updates and aftercare guidance were incredibly helpful ‘ they gave us peace of mind and made the healing process much smoother. Knowing what to expect each day, and having clear instructions, made a huge difference.

this was my first child so i didnt know what to expect and was quite nervous the staff was very supportive and gentle with myself aswell as my partner and my baby.they also provide u lots of advice and information after the circumcision

They were very professional. Followed up closely with clear instructions, advice and pictural illustrations on post procedural care and what to expect. All in all it was a phenomenal service 👌

The Clinic has been really supportive throughout the process. Once the procedure is completed they maintain contact which helps to know what to expect. They also respond quickly to queries which alleviated some worries.

We had a great experience with the services rendered at the clinic and the follow up text helped in feel comfortable and connected. Through the constant texting for 14 days you feel like they were practically there with you all through the process. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone anytime.

The WhatsApp follow up is amazing it is reassuring and comforting. I also liked the slide(ebook) which was helpful and served as a guide line. It help to understand whilst seeing the difference stages providing more reassurance and support.

Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process was explained clearly and Yasar checked in daily via WhatsApp to ensure everything was ok and was always available to answer any questions I had.
