Received our second order from midlands firewood today I can’t recommend this company enough, order came quickly and the wood is the best we’ve ever received great service guys keep it coming!

Delivered on time and full bags
Delivered on time and full bags
One bag full of decent sized logs - some will need to be cut to size.
The other was smaller offcuts but still adequate for the log burner- wood was covered in sawdust which will need to be cleaned before coming indoors

Ordered two bags of wonky wood online…
Ordered two bags of wonky wood online and then emailed Midlands Firewood, Chloe emailed us straight back on the Sunday which we were impressed with and helped with our delivery.
The wood arrived as promised on the date we chose, it’s now in our log store keeping dry.
We have used the wood and must say the heat is fabulous, warm and cosy. We have an open plan living room and the heat upstairs is brilliant, just what we wanted.
Will for sure be ordering again and we would highly recommend wonky logs from Midlands Firewood.

Due to technical fault at my end, I lost the order confirmation, so I wrote and asked for a copy, and am still waiting. Not a huge issue but it tainted the experience.

Delivery turned up on time which was great. The wood is mostly all wet and covered in soggy saw dust, total nightmare. None of it will burn, total disaster.

Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback — and I’m really sorry to hear about your experience. This definitely isn’t the standard we aim for. All of our logs should arrive dry and ready to burn, so I completely understand your frustration.
We did have some horrible storms and heavy downpours during loading recently, which may have caused excess water to hit the logs and create the soggy sawdust you’ve described. Even so, it shouldn’t have reached you in that condition.
Please drop us a message with your order details and we’ll get this sorted straight away — whether that’s a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Good value firewood, some logs will need sizing and preparation for domestic log burner or fire
The wood was as advertised reasonable value, lots of very large and very small cutoffs. The larger pieces will need a chainsaw, or large chop saw this could be made clearer in advert, but otherwise happy.

Our wonky firewood is made up of mixed off - cuts, so sizes and moisture levels can vary slightly. That said, it shouldn't have arrived unusably wet. I'll look into this and will be in touch shortly.
