Shane was a fantastic communicator and explained every aspect of our home loan application extremely well. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all our questions. I would highly recommend Shane to anyone trying to buy their first home.

We changed banks and switched mortgages over to another bank for better deals and he sorts it all out so the process is smooth and not difficult at all.
