I've placed a couple of orders and they've always been sent quickly and with everything there. The website is easy to navigate and they have a wide stock.

Beyond this, they are incredibly helpful, whether you call or use the live chat or email. Always quick responses by knowledgeable and helpful people (particular shout out to Nish).

Contacted the support team regarding my faulty camera. This was dealt with quickly and efficiently by the support staff involved.(Nish.)
They responded quickly to my emails and kept me informed of what was being done.
The camera itself had to go abroad but they shipped the replacement as soon as it arrived with them, again Nish let me know at each stage.
The replacement arrived safely and well packaged, including with it a small gift of sweeties which I thought was a nice touch.
All in all I felt well cared for and would definately use them again.

I couldn’t be more impressed with there products spearguns, etc the quality and durability have always been waiting on me for me next dive. Try them. Put there gear to the test, won’t disappoint:).really recommend

I initially visited back in May to get a mask where I was helped to select one that fitted and felt great. I returned in August to get myself properly setup and Cat was awesome. Cat advised me on the most important items to purchase first and walked me through more cost effective options as well as ones that would give better longevity, which I found incredibly helpful. She didn't pressure me to buy and gave me time to consider my options, which was important to me as it was such a big purchase. I ended up getting a dive computer, regs and a wetsuit, which I've not yet used so can't comment on at this stage. I was really grateful and impressed with the honest advice and great service given. Great service from Mikes Dive store, finding the right dive gear is important, especially fitment. We’ve visited the shop before and had ordered online before as we are not local to the shop.
This time we ordered our wetsuits and some other gear online, it arrived quickly and loved the eco friendly packaging, however after trying on the wetsuits we had to return one wetsuit due to the size/fitment for my wife being a small/extra small person!
Our returns were swiftly dealt with by Jenna in customer services, she made our returns process really quick and easy with no stress, she was very helpful and made the whole process seamless.
As soon as the items were returned we were instantly refunded the same day, what a service!
The whole customer experience, with good service and prices will make us purchase again from Mike’s without hesitation.
Now we can enjoy our well deserved holiday to the Maldives with our new gear!

I required prescription lens replacement in my dive mask and the process was very clear. The staff are super helpful and friendly and I dealt with Jenna. My mask was received by them, lenses replaced and despatched back to me the same day! Exceptional service from a great company I trust

The service I’ve had from online queries has been excellent, both Nish and Jenna have answered all my questions. As a newbie to diving I really struggled with sizing and fitting but got very honest answers to all my questions and never felt like I was being pushed in any direction to spend more money or because they might get more for directing you to a certain brand, they have just been honest and given me the advise I needed. My only slight very small thing is I wish they did more wings and especially the Xdeep full range. That being said I certainly feel I now know all the pieces that are going to be right for me.

I've always had good experiences when I go to Mike's dive store. They have a good variety and I always find what I need. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help out and even educate me when needed. They have all the newest gear in stock too which is great.

I have made several purchases from mikes dive store and never had an issue from their part.

I had dive computers fail (it happens), mikes dive store have taken care of any warranty issues.

I have dealt with Nish on a few occasions and I found Nish very helpful and quick to respond to emails.

I had a slight issue finding what I needed, Jenna came straight to the rescue in no time at all. She hooked me up with my blur light discount code and even set me up a draft order so it was effortless to proceed. Brilliant service AND I got a lolly in my parcel. Just a great customer experience, and I'm all ready to go to the IOM for my dive trip now.

I needed my dive computer battery changed asap. Jenna organised a collection and delivery very efficiently and I had my dive computer back in plenty of time for my trip.

I am in the market for a new dive CPU as my current one is now retired. I launched the online chat and spoke with Nish who spent a great time helping me with all the questions I had. He certainly has a lot of patience and was able to perfectly answer everything so that I am now confident which CPU I now want. I will be going in store this weekend to make the purchase. Thank you very much to Nish!

This website is a scam. I purchased a dive computer for £500 a week before my trip to Egypt. They sent it with some dodgy courier that never even came to ring my doorbell and apparently took it to the parcel shop for collection. After I spent time going to the parcelshop, the shop keeper said he sent it back as he did not have space for it in his shop. The tracking updated later in the evening to show it is being returned to sender.

So I contacted this website and they said that's fine, they can either cancel my order or give me a replacement. I said I'm nonot sure what I want yet because they would not be able to get the replacement to me before my trip which I really wanted this diving computer for.

They said I can wait to decide when I'm back. So when I was back I asked them just to cancel it and refund me, but they said they won't do that because they never got it back despite it clearly saying on the tracking that my parcel came back to them.

Then they started saying other lies like the package was tampered with and that I had actually collected it and what not. None of it made any sense as one day they would say one thing, the next day they would say the complete opposite.
As a result It has been almost a month since I spent £500 and I have none of my money nor the diving computer which I paid for.

Complete con artists. I was being emailed by someone called "jenna" that obviously kept trying to string me along so they keep my money and the diving computer.

Now in the process of charging back this with my bank as they say I have been scammed by a fraudulent company

Had some issues with my suunto D5 dive computer so contacted Mikes Dive Store and got an immediate reply from Nish. Stayed in contact throughout the whole experience and had fast replies, never felt as if I was put aside. THANK YOU NISH.

I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent service and to Nish for advice. I ordered a computer yesterday afternoon and it was with me the next day by 1030. All orders are the same. Great place to shop!

We popped in buy a new BCD, mask and fins. The shop has a good range of products at different price points for all. Service was great - super helpful (but not pushy).

Im going on holiday very soon and wanted a new dive computer. The one i decided for is only stocked by mikes dive store in the uk. I bought it for around 450£ and two masks as i was not sure which would be a better face fit for me.

I paid with paypal and after a few hours my order was cancelled as they “could not verify my information “. I called the next day and got told it was probably because of my “ip address” and because i paid with paypal. They promised to fullfill the order if i paid again.

I tried again this time from my phone and not my laptop and it was cancelled yet again.

I tried to order a third time with my credit card and from my phone and called ip right after and they confirmed on the phone everything is ok and my order will be sent next day in the evening. Then i got another order cancelled email for the same reason.

Clearly a bunch of liars and i cant even buy a simple dive computer. As well as i now have £1800 in my money frozen by my bank while the refunds process and as a result i have no dive computer to take on holiday.

Total waste of time ofna company with customer service that lies through their teeth.

I do not recommend this company.

They also tried to convince me to send a direct bank transfer instead which gives me ZERO protection.

Sounds like a total scam!
