I've been to the store a few times and every time the staff are brilliant, so knowledgeable and friendly. Today Chi helped me with BCD and regulator questions, she spent some time going through the different options with me. She was so helpful.

Just returned from visiting Mike’s Dive Store to purchase new BCD’s and a variety of other bits for an upcoming dive trip. Had the pleasure of being assisted by Chi who was so friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. So grateful to Chi for her help. Have been several times over the years and the staff are always extremely helpful and know their stuff. Thank you.

Great prices with speedy delivery. Quick turnaround servicing old kit. Knowledgeable staff, thank you to Rachel and the chap in store (sorry forgotten your name but remember you were doing your divemaster). Not a bad word to say - Now my go to shop despite living on the south coast. Thank you!

Customer Service and the staff in general are fantastic. Purchased some new kit a week ago. Great in store advice and service. I needed some dive bootees for my open back fins. I selected the type I liked but needed to order in my size. So they were put on order (on a Saturday) and set to arrive on the Wednesday.
A user made administrative error saw the boots being returned to sender. I contacted Mikes once Royal mail told me there was missing information from the address I supplied. I got a helpful reply from Greg within the hour and the problem addressed. A second pair of boots were dispatched to speed up the process while my return was being processed at the warehouse. Great service!

Contacted Mike's Dive Store for assistance with prescription mask, Rachel helped me on and she was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing pushy, just great advice and assistance. Sent my prescription in trusted her advice and ordered a mask, perfect... I can finally see my gauges!

Just amazing service. Had an issue with fins being too big, and had limited time before my dive trip. Email response can within minutes and a call to my phone as well. A return started, another pair rushed out, and when I realised ApplePay had used an old delivery address the product was rerouted to me and arrived the next day. Nish was returning messages in real time until the issues were all resolved. Big thanks. Such a contrast to the bigger corps poor customer service. Look forward to placing my next order!

I purchased a Suunto day glow strap on Monday and it is being delivered tomorrow, what I also like about Mikes dive store is the excellent communication.

I came to the store for the very first time and was assisted by Chi, I was unsure which bcd i should get but she knew exactly what I was looking for and the advice I received was spot on. Rachel made it super easy to make an order at Mike’s dive store! She was so helpful and her knowledge is really extensive, which is a good thing as these guys stock SUCH a huge range of stuff. It’s impressive!! I wasn’t forced to spend a lot of money either; there was no ‘the more money you spend the better the equipment is’ story. Went into the shop today to address an issue I had with a mask I bought online that was a poor fit and was uncomfortable and leaked a bit - I was served by Isabelle - she was incredibly helpful and I now have a much more comfortable mask thanks to Isabelle and her knowledge in how masks should fit. What an absolutely fantastic experience! My son and I travelled all the way from Nottingham to visit Mike's Dive Store in London to buy some diving equipment, and it was worth every mile.

Before we travelled, the team went above and beyond by reserving multiple sets of equipment for my son so we could make sure he had the right sizes and the best options available when we arrived. That level of customer service gave us complete confidence that the journey wouldn't be wasted.

When we got to the store, we were greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable team whose expertise was second to none. They took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the different options, and made sure we left with the equipment that was right for us rather than trying to make a quick sale.

The store itself is fantastic, with a huge range of quality equipment and everything beautifully laid out.

A massive thank you to everyone at Mike's Dive Store for making our visit such a positive experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for diving equipment or expert advice. We'll definitely be back!

Tom was really knowledgeable and helped me find a great fitting mask right away. As a beginner diver, I really appreciated him taking the time to answer all my questions. I will definitely return for my next diving purchase.

Excellent customer service by Greg, a great website which also shows if items are currently in stock, very fair returns policy, and the goods were dispatched on the same day.
