Excellent service

Simply the Best !

This will be the 3rd time we have trusted Miles and Barr to sell our property over the years. Each time that have been so professional and helpful at every stage guiding us through the process of buying and selling . This time we started with our valuation with Alex Munn he is a great communicator straight speaking and able to explain how he had come to his valuation giving you a good insight on an achievable price rather than perhaps have to make several price adjustments. We also viewed several properties with a lovely young man Bobby. He is really a credit to the company. He is so patient letting us take our time to view without feeling time pressure and sharing his knowledge of the property and the local area. Back at the office Maddie is busy working behind the scene forwarding those important offers always finding time to chat giving you the best advise. As we said 3rd time we have used their services and would happily recommend to any one in fact we feel they get better each time we have used them if that is possible! Certainly the stand out agent for Herne Bay

Debbie Thwaithe... you're simply the best!

I can't thank Debbie Thwaithes at Miles & Barr enough for being my extra bright, guiding light and helping me exchange on the sale of my cottage. Due to illness I have been struggling with major anxiety for the past ten years but with Debbie by my side, there were no problems, only solutions!
Debbie is kind, extremely patient and quick to respond to queries either via email or a phone.

Nadine, Dan & the team at Broadstairs, helped throughout the whole stressful period of marketing, finding a purchaser, then re-marketing and re-selling prior completing on my house sale. The regular updates as promised and the follow ups through the chain, along with the solicitors, helped provide the answers we wanted to hear!

We were very impressed with Debbie Mead's handling of our sale, particularly when an issue arose further down the chain as a result of the PM law saga. Debbie's input was invaluable and helped all parties swiftly find a resolution and move to completion.

We had inspection four weeks ago with…

We had inspection four weeks ago with another estate agent miles and Barr broadstrars Kent want do another one we ask to be present and ask for three o’clock Thay would not do this and want to let their self’s in we said no .miles and Barr sent someone at11.45 and was going to let he’s self in when we was not there . I’m so upset to be treated like this. I would gladly send landlord pictures every month my rent is allways paid on time . Been sectioned for mental health I didn’t need this . Absolute disgusted. And entering your home when they feel like .

Becky has been brilliant from start to finish. She has gone above and beyond not only for me but also for those further down the chain to help keep things moving. She’s been proactive, supportive and always on top of things. My buyer has also praised how helpful she has been throughout, which really shows the level of service she provides.

Another flat successfully sold via Miles and Barr. Louise is efficient and a joy to work with particularly when virtually everything else in the UK is broken. So good customer service is becoming a rare commodity.

I recently moved into my new apartment with [miles & bar], and the experience was fantastic. Their team was incredibly helpful althrough every step, always responsive to my questions. Miles & Barr Folkestone

Miles & Barr have been proactive and kept me informed along the marketing process. Once a sale was agreed Emily Stickler chased all parties and kept the process moving for exchange of contract and completion.
