I’ve just used Richard to sell my rental property and he was excellent. From the initial meeting where he respectfully appraised the property and proposed the price, right through to completion day, when he handed the property over to the new buyer. He managed to find the right buyer and everything went through smoothly first time. Communication throughout was great using WhatsApp and because we were away travelling he handled everything locally for me, which was one less thing to worry about.

Outstanding service from Richard at Miles Bryon. Initially I inquired about a property for sale and from the beginning Richard was very accommodating with viewing times and dates.

The viewing experience was seamless Richard allowed us to walk around the property and take our time in each room. After the first viewing, I made an offer on the property. This was an easy process and after a few hours the offer was accepted.

After our initial conversation, Richard came to see us at very short notice, which was particularly helpful. He outlined the entire selling process, the current state of the market, and produced a valuation which we were happy with. His rates are very reasonable. His plan for marketing was clever, and we were sale agreed on day 2. I contacted Richard at Miles Byron in the New Year as I was looking to sell my home. I was drawn to Richard as a potential agent due to the wonderful review on offer by previous clients.

Richard quickly arranged an appointment to meet me and review my home and discuss my wishes, he offered a fair and sensible price in line the current market and following agreement was able to return promptly to take photographs and get my home listed on the market.

My home went up for sale on the 10th January 2026 and it an offer was made and accepted by 23rd January 2026 from ideal buyers with no chain as I needed a quick move due to personal circumstances with a timeline of the end of April as the ideal.

I have today exchanged and due to complete on the sale on 5th May 2026.
