Always very helpfull and efficent, always get us what we are looking for with no fuss.

As always staff were incredibly professional, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process. The office environment was welcoming, and we never felt rushed. Would recommend without reservation.

We don't go on holiday very often. Mandy in Abergavenny is a star. When I went in with where we wanted to go and our budget. Mandy sorted out the hotel, helped and advised about our flights, sorted out seats. I asked her to sort the insurance out which she did there and then. Our holiday was all sorted in my lunch hour and no stress. Thank you Mandy

We rang the shop in Abergavenny and a lady called Eva answered and was exceptionally helpful and told her it was our first holiday abroad and she emailed a couple of resorts over was that good at her job we actually booked the holiday made it very easy to do and did everything for us would HIGHLY RECOMMEND,Thank you EVA
