Helpful pleasant staff who know what we like in a holiday and able to find one for us.

Excellent and efficient service from great staff.

I have used this travel agency a few times now. As usual I was met with professional, friendly and informative advice. In this case it was provided by Amy who was excellent. She sorted out our 2026 holiday to Switzerland in an efficient and courteous manner. I can't really fault this travel agency, and would strongly recommend.

We went into Miles Morgan looking for a last minute holiday. Mandy Phillips took note of all that we wanted and found a river cruise that we are both happy with.

Amy was informative and especially helpful. Choosing the best cruise to suit our needs

After booking our golf holiday for next year with an online provider! It just showed me for our short holiday in the new year I had to go back to MMT in Abergavenny!
Great staff, and Amy knew everything!
Booked and sorted with absolutely no problems and no stress! Thanks MMT Abergavenny! We will be back!

This has indeed been the case over many years.

Excellent service. Eva found us a cruise that suited us well. Also will help us with all the extra bits that need to be sorted.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff with good communication. First time I’ve used a travel agent in a long while and this was much more pleasant than the screen scrolling at home. Thank you to Eva.
