I have known the person who I booked through for a long time. She always understands what I require and is very polite and helpful, I feel no query is too much trouble and she always organises the flights/tickets at the appropriate times

Excellent service with a smile.
Mollie was very helpful and patient with me. I'm an 81 year old lady and was looking to book a short trip to Alderney with a direct flight from Southampton. She arranged everything for me from the flight to the hotel booking and even arranged transfer from airport to hotel. Mollie managed to hold the flight for me until the end of the next working day, to enable me to get travel insurance. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
