My initial contact was unhelpful;; I walked in to ask if they were happy to provide support for a trip to the USA to see a friend. I did not feel very welcome and although I was given the basic info I felt that I had imposed. I subsequently approached someone who’d been recommended but this link was not good. I returned to Miles Morgan and happily the trip is now booked.There has been a sense that I had to provide much of the information to receive the detail

The staff are very knowledgeable about all the holidays they are selling, and do their best to come up with suitable suggestions they think would be better for us. I have just booked my fourth trip with them and they give me confidence that all will be how it should be with transport and accommodation, so we can relax and enjoy our holiday.

I didn't feel under any pressure when visiting the shop which is important because that can dictate any decision making.
Also most of the questions asked came from me and they were answered fully by the lady in the shop.
