Miles Morgan in Portishead is our favourite High Street Travel Consultants. Always helpful. Very professional but also very friendly and approachable. We use Teresa Bird as she knows our preferences. All the ladies in the shop are lovely. ☺️

Quick responses to my queries and lots of information given. Needed some information altered on the booking. Disappointed that I wasn't told when the full payment was due, even though I spoke to someone directly to pay the deposit. Discovered email info stated that day ! 16 weeks prior to trip. Will pay next week once I've moved funds to my current account.

Usually do my research online then prefer to book in person with local travel agent. Always use Miles Morgan as have had good service and most times can match online price. So much prefer the personal touch with a human being.
