Megan was very attentive as we were unsure of the process. Went the ‘extra mile’ to help.
Not pushy or wanting to rush the process. System crashed and we lost our first choice but all calm and sorted alternative.

Spoke to Megan to book a couple of holidays fir 2026. She was very patient, professional and helpful. Vicky was amazing, we needed to organise a special holiday abroad for nine people which included four flying from Gatwick. We needed somewhere all inclusive & suitable for ages from 14 to 80. Vicky helped us so much with finding rooms which suited a family of 4 & doing her best to make sure we all arrived on the same day & nearly the time. She organised private transfers for both parties so we dont have to wait around at the airport & could all meet at the hotel.
