Ordered German army fire helmet, which was plastic. Helmet arrived with a chip in helmet skirt, not what I wanted sent email for return no reply, damage probably due to people who delivered parcel, however helmet was only packed in a paper sack inside a plastic bag, not very good for something made out of plastic. So now I'm out of pocket, will never deal with them again. Reply from them ie Can't find my email to them bunch of cowboys.

I wish I'd have checked the reviews before making a purchase.
Ordered a pair of pants for my son on 22/08/2024. Today is 04/09/2024, my son needed the pants for college, I messaged them last week asking where my order is and got no reply. Checked trust pilot and saw how bad their customer service is on the reviews.
At least I know now not to order from them. I'll stick to Nicks Kit.

Disgusting: No reply no action, delivery much too late ... so I couldnt receive, a scam company!

My order came about one month late and I couldn't receive it ... so it went directly back ... no communication at all. Added to all these annoyance they only payed back about 70%. Disgusting

Just received my Danish M71 Civil Defence jacket, and as billed it was in excellent condition, not a mark on it and very thick hard-wearing cotton material strongly reminiscent of the DPM kit of the same era. A quick wash to get the musty smell out and I'm good to go and a very satisfied customer.

Ordered 3 12 hour ration packs at a tenner a pack bargain cheap as chips ordered these at 3 o'clock yesterday arrived 10 am this morning will defo use these chaps again 👍

After reading other reviews I wasn't sure whether to order from them however, I decided to give them a chance as there were other reviews that said they were good.

I'm glad I did as I placed an order with them on the 10.03.24 and it arrived on 13.03.24 with no problems.

From my experience with them I would recommend them and I will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Ordered a brand named item from MM 10 days ago. The order has still not arrived. This is after receiving an email on on day 4 saying it had been delivered?? It hadn't even been sent, shambles!!😡

I ordered some poles and pegs for a polish lavvu. They were in stock, I placed the order and thought "these will ship soon". 1 month later they haven't shipped and I have sent them several emails about it. They said "these have already shipped" even though I haven't received a email about it, and the status on the website still says "we will send an email when these are shipped"
I still email them about getting the tracking number but no reply.
SCAM SITE. Do not buy from them.

I’m in the USA . I ordered a couple polish Lavuu and Romanian plash palakas and it was great they came right away. I was happy. The next order I placed was multiple items. A lantern a Dutch ruck sack alpine sting a+ graded. Some wool mittens a compass and a Dutch poncho. I already had a Dutch army poncho and it’s a beast. Bombproof . The one I got isn’t it’s ok but it’s nowhere near the quality of the older one I have . It was grade A but arrived missing 4 snaps. . I contacted them and was told it’s the newer issue. Oh well it’s not worth the postage sending it back as the shipping was as much as the poncho. Thing was after I messaged that I wasn’t satisfied with the poncho and he answered the option in the chat for me to respond wasn’t there….. would you consider a poncho missing snaps as A grade? I Dont.

I placed an order on August 9th, and in September, I received an email stating that the shipment had been made. However, it's now December, and I still haven't heard anything from them. They don't respond to emails or through their website contact. I feel scammed because they have taken my money and aren't even capable of reaching out to the customer. I've bought from other foreign stores (I'm from Spain), and it doesn't take more than a week, plus the sellers promptly address any queries. I do not recommend this site at all, as it seems, according to the rest of the reviews, that this happens very occasionally in this store.

I've bought from Military Mart twice now and both times my orders arrived within 48 hours and were impeccable quality.

Their grade A used boots are easily the best condition for any grade A para boots I've seen and at insanely good prices for what you get.

Very disappointed. I ordered and paid for a Polish lavvu september 9 and now it is october 31. They still havent sent my order, and i`ve e mailed them six times without getting an answer. with the shipping prize to Norway this was quite expensive... I guess i never hear from them and my money is lost.

Ordered an item on the 1st of October, it is now the 11th October and still the item has not arrived. All it is, is a small, lightweight cup.
This was needed for a hike with my Sister.

I have emailed the seller & via contact page several times. I've had one reply, and now they are not answering emails.

I ordered other items from other shops/sellers and they were ordered after this order. One item was from the USA, this has arrived. I also ordered other items from other sellers/shops in the UK, and they have all arrived.

I asked for a refund under the distance selling regulations, and no reply.

Poor customer service from this company.

Ordered Alpenflage trousers they sent shorts I purchased the short then they sent 32 inch trousers instead of the 44inch I ordered tried to email and call but no response. These people are a disgrace and should not be trading.
