Sent my completely wrong stuff, not what was ordered. Cannot get hold of anyone to talk too and they do not respond to emails (it's now been a few months). Awful company!

Would not recommend, customer service is nonexistent.
Purchased a hat that when delivered was way smaller than size, emailed 2 weeks ago asking if an exchange was possible yet still no response, have chased again this morning.

Don't shop from here. Have chased on emails, socials and phone but no updates on an order after 2 weeks Their shipping time said 48 hours FYI. Comms is the most important aspect of customer service and even if delays happen, there should be communication on some level.

I've ordered quite a few things from MilitaryMart and I have nothing but praise for them. Their products are good quality even those classed as grade b (used). Their delivery charges are on par with other companies in the same type of business and the delivery times are really good. I am really impressed by their great customer service and the speed in which they processed my recent exchange of goods, (I ordered the wrong size boots, needed the next size up. This was entirely my error). All in all a very good company to buy from and is my first go to when looking for these types of products.

Avoid buying anything from this company.
I understand that postal services are not always guaranteed, but not sure this is the issue and think this company are happy to take your money and not give a toss.
Don't not waste your hard earned cash on them and read the reviews.

I ordered some military ration packs yesterday afternoon and they turned up less than 24 hours later. Everything was packaged nicely and well in date and was super yummy. I will 100% be using this company again.

I made a small order 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for any sort of resolution - refund or delivery.

Emails either get returned or not replied to, and I am being fobbed off on Instagram with excuses. Apparently my refund will be with me "ASAP" - I'm still waiting.

I wouldn't be surprised if this company is in financial distress.

Do yourself a favour and avoid completely!

I ordered a hat which mysteriously attracted extra 'shipping charges' of £3.99.
They then sent the wrong size and wanted me to pay an extra £3.99 to send back.
They ignored my 5 e-maisl and FB messages

Absolute shocking service. Goods never shipped, no response to email. Effectively scammers. Never use

I placed an order with militarymart for an mre ration pack, as well as some additional items, sadly they didn't get it right, the pack that was sent didn't match the one advertised at the time of me buying it, and I recieved a menu I didn't want. Several emails later, and a couple of messages through shopify and sadly everything's been ignored. I was hoping for a reasonable outcome, even if it meant me paying towards getting the correct items, as I had opened the pack before realising the meals were different, and as i understand this would mean i couldn't return it, but to just be completely ignored isn't good customer service so I will be looking for an alternative supplier.

Items ridiculously small

First time ordering from Military Mart and unfortunately have to echo the other negative reviews I’m reading on here. I placed the order for boots (paid £109.28 including Fed Ex priority shipping) on 1/12/24 and they have still not arrived. I have contacted Military Mart about this 5 times via email and they will not acknowledge me or the situation. I’m going to have to seek independent advice on how to resolve this as they just don’t respond. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Exchanged boots

Im a frequent buyer of quality boots
Had an issue w/ new boots yet big shout out to Dave fm Mail order sales as although brought boots early December I didn't use them for about 5 weeks, outside 30 day exchange T+Cs..
However Dave was excellent understanding and resolved my issue w/ new pair albeit a different type "n" dispatched asap

Ordered a pair of size 9 boots, got sent a size 8. Didn't have anymore 9's in stock, so arranged a return/refund. This is where it all went wrong, they deducted over £10.00 on a £66 pound pair of boots, even though it was their mistake. Responded to their refund email asking why they are charging me, when it was their mistake. Completely ignored. Just a bunch of thieves

Ordered a pair of boots Friday 10th January at midday arrived Saturday 11th,cannot get better service than that.Boots look like new,now going to try them out.

Wish I had read the other reviews first, ordered some Meindl Boots graded at A+ “may have been used a few times to like new” was the description. What was delivered had worn soles, and the front coming away from the leather.

Emailed and chased a few times but as the other reviews no response, and phone lines are not answered.

I have wrote it off as a £80 loss for now, but will be involving my credit card company. I would avoid these, a bit of customer service isn’t much to ask.

First time ordering and very pleased, items recieved in excellent condition and prices are very reasonable.
Delivery took a little longer than expected but thats not going to put me off from using this company in future, will be popping in to check for new stock for my camping wear.

Superb boots, exactly as described and correct size. And next day delivery!
What is not to love.
After reading the reviews, I almost didn't risk my £20 ( seriously, £20 for a pair of brand new boots! ). But I'm glad that I did.
Thanks for the faultless service. Much appreciated in this hit and miss world of online shopping.

Ordered from MMUK twice now, items arrived very quickly (second order next day even though Royal Mail had 2 day delivery) and as described in good condition, no issues at all. Will order again from them in the future

Ordered German army fire helmet, which was plastic. Helmet arrived with a chip in helmet skirt, not what I wanted sent email for return no reply, damage probably due to people who delivered parcel, however helmet was only packed in a paper sack inside a plastic bag, not very good for something made out of plastic. So now I'm out of pocket, will never deal with them again. Reply from them ie Can't find my email to them bunch of cowboys.
