Attary was AMAZING! Hands down one of the best tours we ever did, my kids even enjoyed it.He took us to so many amazing sites.He was very knowledgeable and gave really good suggestions. We had a great experience, Attary showed us many beautiful spots and made amazing suggestions. We especially enjoyed the speedboats and caves and views of Fuji. Overall, Attary did outstandingly and we loved our trip. Thank you!

My family and I travelled with a 6 month old baby and Attary made sure we were all comfortable. The trip itself was easy going and we were able to take our own time with sightseeing. Attary is very knowledgeable and we gained insight into most historical places in Fuji and Tokyo. Would highly recommend!

Our guide Attary was amazing. He went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. I was a bit anxious about how we would manage sightseeing in such extreme heat but thanks to him we had a great day. I would absolutely recommend this day trip.

My tour was with Attary, and he started by recommending an earlier start, due to congestion and the weather, which I am glad he did.
During all the stops he provided the right amount of information and history behind them.
The stops provided variety, and time on my own to explore allowing me to go at my own pace.
All the sites visited were interesting and provided alot of opportunity for some great photos.
Would certainly recommend this tour to others when visiting Tokyo.

Attary did a great job guiding us to mnt. Fuji and around town, though the clouds were against us was still a great experience. He sounded like he knew a lot about the area and was interactive with us 10/10 recommended.

Milkyway's private tour had real highlights — the boat ride and the shrines and temples along the way were beautiful, the car was comfortable, and being able to customise our pickup and drop-off was convenient. Communication before booking was easy too.

The guiding is where it fell down. Our guide rushed us through several stops, which was disappointing on a private tour we'd expected to set the pace for, and we questioned a lot of the information he gave us — after the tour we verified several of his claims as flatly untrue. He also came across as holding a fairly negative view of Japan, which coloured his commentary. He brought up more than once how overworked he was, with days running from 4am to 8pm, and mentioned customers leaving him bad reviews. Whether or not it was intended that way, it left us feeling we were being asked to feel sorry for him rather than give honest feedback.

If those hours are accurate, Milkyway should look at them, because his driving got noticeably worse as the day went on and felt genuinely unsafe by the time we reached the winding mountain roads. A guide that tired shouldn't be behind the wheel on those roads.

Worth noting that lunch and the boat tour aren't included in the price. Good itinerary, but the guiding and the scheduling behind it need attention.

The booking process was smooth and easy. Communications were Quick and helpful. The vehicle was great, and the driver/guide was top-notch. I'd be happy to book with Milkyway again.
