Attary was great, super knowledgeable and flexible with timing. Took great photos to help us remember how amazing our time around Mt.Fuji was!

Attary was very knowledgeable about the area and made sure to get us the best views of Mt Fuji. We got lucky with a clear day and lots of great photos. The best part was the speedboat ride on Lake Kawaguchiko! We enjoyed the locations that we visited and would recommend this tour to others.

Attary was such a great tour guide for our trip to mt fuji! he made it so convenient and knew all the best spots to take us. our highlight was definitely the boat on the lake with a view of mt fuji. Attary was so knowledgeable about mt. fuji, the shrines, local history, and more. he was able to communicate with staff at each location to organize for us and was incredibly helpful. thank you Attary!

Attary was a great guide and provided an excellent experience for us to see a part of Japan we would have otherwise missed! Not only did he get us to and from our destination safely and quickly, he also provided suggestions for pit stops along the way.

Our guided private tour with Attary was exceptional. He ensured we were able to see Mt. Fuji on a clear day, even offering a speed boat ride on the crystal clear lakes nearby. Lunch was an amazing place with shabu shabu at a reasonable price for 5 people. We also hoofed it up to visit the red pagoda and did some shopping. Attary was very knowledgeable, punctual, and polite. We learned so much about the area, Mt. Fuji and the surrounding area. We highly recommend this tour and especially Attary for making it memorable.

We had a wonderful trip to Hakone and Mt. Fuji, and a big part of that was thanks to our tour guide Ali. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the tour, making sure everyone was comfortable and informed. The car was very comfortable, which made the long drives enjoyable. Overall, Ali's excellent guidance and the comfortable vehicle made our trip memorable. Highly recommended!

Attary was an amazing guide for our family trip to Mt. Fuji! He was right on time and provided great history and background at each location. He has a wonderful way of making everyone feel at ease, and we were so grateful for his flexibility in dropping us off at a new location in the city to end our day. Our family of three had a fantastic time with Ali as our tour guide to Mt. Fuji. He promptly picked us up on time at our specified hotel location. He recommendated us fantastic scenic spots / activities during our tour of Mt. Fuji. Ali is a great photographer and even helped us take wonderful memorable photos of our trip. He gave us a great food recommendations and made sure we were comfortable throughout our trip. If you are thinking about booking this tour, I would highly recommend it. It was a highlight of our Tokyo tour and definitely worth it.

From the time we left our hotel our to began. Attary is so knowledgeable he provided so much information from Tokyo, MT. Fuji to Hakone he pointed out landmarks, shrines, temples, forest. He gave our family so much details we feel like we can pass a Japan history test. The best part of the tour he helped us setup the perfect spot for our son to propose. Made a stop for us to secretly buy flowers. I can't thank him enough for making it special. By far one of the best tour guides we've encountered.

We had a wonderful Mount Fuji tour today with Atarri. We were a group of four and really enjoyed the experience. He explained everything very well, was very polite and friendly, and also clicked beautiful pictures for us. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The Best Private and Customised Tour company in Japan.

No doubt these guys are giving special treatment to all tourists and giving services in each corner of japan. We had a family tour with them for 10 days and no doubt we all can say that these were the best days of our life. Milkyway Tours arranged everything for us in Tokyo, osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima.

This company is not trustworthy. We booked a tour with them and they did not show until 4.5 hours later. Our trip was ruined because we were counting on them, as we had booked and payed. As soon as we did pay, they disappeared and were not in contact to confirm and follow through. This company is not trustworthy like you feel you would be in Japan.

We used Milkyway tours in Tokyo to Mt.Fuji and in Osaka to Kyoto. And transfers to shinkansen and airports. They were always on time and professional. The drivers were very informative about the tours and respectful. We had a wonderful experience with them and would recommend them anytime. Thank you
