House was visited by Chris. Very friendly and chatty. Explained what we didn't do correctly in the prep for his visit but also what was right and recommendations for the future. Great company and fast service.

Great experience, from calling up to arrange the visit to Jamie who came out to deal with the wasps nest. Very friendly and professional service all round. Jamie gave me confidence that the problem was dealt with properly and assured me if there were any further issues to simply get in touch - everything was spot on.

They were very clear at explaining what they were doing and how long until it was safe to go near the area of the wasps nest. We said we had a cat and they used pet friendly products.

I booked the treatment online over the weekend to be completed Monday morning. I was provided with a 2 hour time slot, and Jamie arrived well within that time.
I was very relieved to see an unmarked van as there seems to be a bit of a stigma attached to the need for pest control.
He was efficient, very reassuring and a nice person.

Great experience so far! Everyone from ladies on the phone to Kris who came out to our property today regarding a suspected Ant infestation, has been amazing!
We only called yesterday and since we did we have felt looked after, listened to and reasurred. Kris was knowledgable and took the time to explain everything that would be done, and why.

Haven't had the full treatment yet, so cant comment on results but so glad we called, worth every penny, having that peace of mind that you've contacted the right people!!

Came the same day and the treatment has got rid of the wasps.
