The staff Andrea in the shop was really helpful and patient as we went back several times to make sure we got the adjustable bed that met the health needs of the person using the bed.
I was kept updated about the order and delivery was as stated on time. Both Andrea and Dave were very curious and polite, they acknowledged my parent and also explained the use of the equipment. They were quick and friendly and very professional.

I can't thank the team enough at the Hazel Grove branch for there professionalism, advice & patience. The latter points were applied at all times from my initial enquiry to the delivery of the items. The purchase was for my in-laws who needed the guidance & demonstration of how the items would improve their lifestyle while remaining in their own home. This is what customer service/care should be like in all businesses. Thank you to all concerned at Hazel Grove branch.

Customer service was great in the shop. On delivery of equipment it was on time. Two people completed the installation in approximately 20 minutes. They took away all packaging leaving no mess behind. All staff in both shop and community communicated with a smile making us feel we were being dealt with by professionals thank you

I bought the Fenlake riser/recliner chair and it has changed my life massively. The quality of the chair is superb and I have been very impressed with the level of care and service. From the first telephone call, which was answered promptly and I always find that reassuring. At my first visit to Millercare, the staff were very caring and helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them to ensure that I got the right chair for my disabilities and I wasn't rushed in any way. The delivery was very reliable and the staff who made the delivery were efficient and considerate in every way, making sure that I was completely happy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Millercare to anyone and the whole experience was extremely positive.

Bought a chair and the staff was first class both in shop and also delivery polite and friendly and when delivered were very considerate of both the chair and my property. Would recommend them 1st class

The lads from millercare blackburn turned up on time to deliver my single electric bed with headboard....they installed the bed with no issues...they were very tidy and courteous in everything they did and removed all the rubbish....

Went to Millercare for equipment refresher training. Denise was an excellent trainer, very knowledgeable on all the products and had lots of valuable expertise which she shared effectively with the group. Will be back next year! Thanks again.

Miller are fitted a stairlift for me , excellent job , engineer was experienced and there was no damage to wall etc , and it works perfectly, all done efficiently and promptly

What went wrong ? Where to begin.
Sent out an inexperienced engineer to do a service on my wife's powerchair. He didn't even know how to take battery cover off. He even phoned another engineer. Still couldn't do it. He came back 2 days later with another senior engineer. Neither of them didn't know it had a gel battery . So had to order it . Don't know if engineers order them or somebody in store orders it in. They left the old gel battery on our front instead of taking it with them.
Another engineer should have come today Weds 20th Nov. Said he would call back in 30mins to hour time. Still waiting 4 hrs later. Wife has tried phoning him to find out what's happening. Surprise he is not answering his phone.

Staff at Heywood store were fantastic, bought a chair at lunchtime and it was delivered by 2pm.

Bought a scooter from here 4 months ago, was blown away by the level of service at the time.
Had a problem with the arm on it yesterday, and gave them a ring, really thought and expected to be told to go through the insurance which i had purchased with it. Once again 5 star treatment off the lovely Julia who told me just call in with it which i did.
Nothing was too much trouble and Julia and Mark had it sorted in two minutes.
Please if you need advice and help with mobility issues use this company, such a pleasure to be treated like you matter

JUST PURCHASED A POWER CHAIR FROM MILLER CARE BLACKPOOL AND RECEIVED FANTASTIC SERVICE...THEIR AGENT (DOT) BROUGH 2 CHAIRS TO TRY WHICH DID NOT SUIT ME SO SHE CAME BACK TODAY WITH A POWER CHAIR WHICH IS PERFECT AND IS JUST WHAT i NEED. DOT WAS MOST INFORMATIVE HELPFUL AND A REAL PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. i WPULF RECOMEND THEM 100%
