Julia was absolutely fantastic. Customer service spot on and she helps the customer experience very well. 10/10 would reccomend :)

This is the 2nd wheelchair service Millercare have provided for me. The experience both times has been superb. Friendly pleasant people from the initial phone call to the actual service. Dan was great, pleasant, thorough and conscientious. Wonderful experience and the wheelchair is back in excellent condition. Very good price for the service too. Thank you.

A guy called Dan has just been round to assess scooter repairs, a thorough inspection, not a right off, just needs front of scooter and and foot panel replacing. He was marvellous he even showed me how to collapse scooter for Car boot use and how to remove batteries to take inside. Great job, very pleased with service.

my electric wheelchair the quickie q500 m that I rely on so much and love to bits gave me quite the scare when it’s started to have more issues after a recent repair when I phoned to get engineer to come out to figure out that’s wrong and fix it, the repairs side called back quick and came out few days later
Dan was the engineer that came out, he was so lovely, he thoroughly checked to find the issue and was able to fix the issue in my home which was a huge relief as my electric wheelchair is my lifeline for my independence, he did a brilliant job on reassuring me that it’s all good to go again after fixing the issue he stayed till he seen how relived I was I can’t thank him enough

Absolutely brilliant service at the Blackpool store.
Claire looked after us with my 92 year old mother in law trying to find a rise & recline chair ( no mean feat believe me). She gave excellent advice, was so patient& kind nothing was to much trouble you deserve a medal 🏅. Problem with her legs meant we could not order at this time.
Thank you 😊 can’t recommend this store enough.

my family had a lovely experience with Steve and Chris from Millercare in Preston Deepdale the phone call with Chris explained everything. Then Steve arrived with my uncle's chair and went through everything with us and didn't go until he knew we were delighted with our purchase. We certainly would recommend this team they are brilliant and take care of your concerns immediately. Thanks guys.

An excellent experience from start to finish. Julia took me through the product details - an electric adjustable bed. She arranged for me to see and try out, and then organised delivery and installation the next working day. Alistair and his assistant worked assiduously to deconstruct the beds that had to be moved, and then completed delivery and installation. It was streamlined, meticulous - and KIND service. It couldn't be fewer than 5 star.

The footrest on my wife's wheelchair fell off while we were out shopping. I called into the Bury store and they came out to the car and repaired it straight away. Excellent service. Thank you.

Delivery team Phil and Jordan were extremely polite, efficient and helpful. They helped with the installation of the new chair and the removal of the old one. I was extremely pleased with the experience as was my father. Thanks very much. A great couple of blokes!

We visited the Oswaldtwistle shop today to buy a wheelchair for my brother in law. All was good. The representative Claire understood exactly what he needed and explained everything in detail. She was very helpful and we made a purchase of the best wheelchair for my brother in law.

My experience was amazing can't give enough credit to the engineer who dealt with my wheelchair issue he arrived prompt fixed my chair fast and was done very quick very polite informed me at all times. Dan is a credit to the company.millercare ♡
