My partner bought this gift for a Xmas present,the sales assistant Janine was excellent as she remembered us from few months before were we had both bought chains for each other,but today Thursday 28.12.23 my xmas present has has fallen off my wrist, wil be taken it back first thing in morning.

Excellent service once again. Heidi was very helpful and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Linda was absolutely lovely to deal with. Very polite, patient and knowledgable. Gave us lots of information helping us narrow down our choice. Didn’t feel at all pressurised and Linda very kindly offered to reserve 2 rings for 48 hours for us, not a problem. The items were both high quality and the shopping experience overall was very relaxed and easy so we had a brief wander around Chester before popping back to buy the more expensive item. I have complete confidence in Milton’s, this is our second large purchase with them and I know there won’t be any issues. I won’t go anywhere else for my jewellery. Ring needs resizing and Linda is kindly getting that done for us tomorrow so we will be able to collect it before Christmas. I’d recommend Milton’s and Linda anytime. In addition we were given a lovely gift on completion of our purchase, a lovely bottle of wine in a gift bag. Unexpected but lovely surprise. Milton’s know how to look after their customers!

I have shopped in Milton’s since I was 14 years of age im now 57 I would never shop anywhere else for my jewellery, I have recently bought a diamond ring which I loved, a problem occurred regarding the setting of the diamonds, the outstanding professional service I received from Nick Bailey who made sure my ring was brought back to its glorious self was just everything, his communication his determination & his innovative thinking was exceptional & my ring is even better than what it was before he is a total asset to the company & I cannot sing his praises enough thank you Nick!! Lynsey is a delight too always extremely pleasant kind & nothing is ever to much trouble, Milton’s you are the best cannot thank you enough & you have made this Xmas extra special for me I’m one happy blessed customer x

I want to say that Andrew the manager was amazing,I was over the moon with the ring that Andrew had made for me.Nothing was to much trouble,and what was nice I didn’t feel like I was under any pressure to buy.I found all the staff was very friendly especially Andrew ,I wound definitely recommend Milton Chester.

Lovely helpful staff. Had a 'buy to go' receipt from Dec 22 which I had lost. Explained this to Alan staff on the phone. He reassured me all would be OK. Visited the store (St Johns precinct L'Pool ) ( on 6/12/23 and was served by Janine. Picking a replacement wedding ring for my wife. What a pleasant experience this was ....Janine was extremely patient, helpful and of course knowledgeable on all things ladies rings. My wife was delighted with the purchase . I went to Milton and felt so at ease The lady that dealt with me was called Rachel. She was so lovely and nothing was a problem. Explained everything to me. I explained to her that it was my 50th wedding anniversary. She was so lovely and explaining every detail of the ring. it was the Miltons in the present Liverpool. I also went to the Milton iin Liverpool the lady, was very helpful, but I still wasn’t sure . when I met Rachel, she was so understanding and made me feel at ease. It wasn’t a lot of money to some people but it is a lot to me and my husband just to let you know you have wonderful stuff and that are very experienced in what they do, I would like to thank everybody and especially Rachel also they gave us a bottle of champagne which was very nice of them. Unfortunately I needed to raise funds as my car needed major works and I took my 50 year old charm bracelet to be valued. The bracelet hadn't been worn for several years but it had so many memories. I appreciate the staff's kindness and the value of my bracelet covered the cost of the repairs. I thought the staff were kind and professional and I highly recommend this company.

The people at Miltons in Chester are a real pleasure to deal with. I bought some beautiful Boodles earrings recently and can say honestly that the whole experience was fantastic. I dealt mainly with Andrew and Stuart who were friendly, knowledgable and patient. I never felt under pressure and they were very clear and transparent in sharing information with me. I will certainly come back and have no hesitation in recommending Miltons.

Visited this shop today in Chester to sell some jewellery and precious stones. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Great advice given and Ian went out of his way to help me identify the precious stones we had. A very professional and clearly very knowledgable jewellers. Thanks again for your help. Our second visit in two weeks, an exchange completed and a further purchase made. Without doubt one of our greatest customer service experiences. The entire staff are helpful, thoughtful and highly professional with Stuart in particular being a joy to deal with. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Resizing carried out while we shopped, great product knowledge and always happy to help. We will definitely return. Many, many thanks. My wife is delighted with the rings chosen, one of which was sent from another branch so that we could view it in Chester. Above and beyond.

Had my ankle bracelet repaired. It was done quickly. I've been here before for watch batteries and was always impressed with the service. Will definitely go back again and get him to do a custom earrings for me. Very happy with the friendly service in the Milton Mall.

Having bought a high value Rolex from Miltons a few years ago and found the whole process faultless and totally professional, I have since had other Rolex watches serviced with Miltons. They go out of their way to help me and the advice from owner Heywood Milton is second to none. Living in Surrey I find London Rolex agents both overpriced and offhand, and would recommend Miltons even if you need to travel to get there. A pleasure to deal with.
