I’m a current student enrolled in the 500 hour Teacher training curriculum, I also have developed my passion while studying for my Spiritual Coaching Certification. I’m very satisfied with the break down of the material which gives me a proper understanding. I’m eternally grateful for a real world application I receive from my mentors and those of my peers! I do believe that at MPI, the Alanna K method has a way of not only preparing us the teach but walk our path our own way and develop the necessary tools needed even though we are teaching in a modern world. I would also say that it’s to be taken seriously as any class would but due to it being online, I would suggest that you take plenty of notes and get good headphones so that you don’t miss any good material. What you experience as you learn becomes apart of your guide as they lead to in-depth knowledge about the process of the practice. It’s refreshing to be able to share in a deeper understanding with so many others is what does it for me! I hope that whenever you get the call you consider MPI I can’t wait to become an Alumni!

I am thoroughly enjoying my classes! I have been practicing yoga for 20 years at numerous studios and at home, I have a yoga therapist and I have read countless books on yoga related topics, however the classes at Mindful Purpose have truly blown my mind and have provided me with many “Aha” moments. I can’t get enough. I am taking notes as fast as I can during the sessions. I don’t want to miss every opportunity to jot down a nugget of wisdom. The name of this organization says it all. It is clear that each class and session was developed with a "mindful purpose" as the intention. I am so grateful that I have found this school to deepen and enhance my practice.

The online school is organized and intuitive. The content is comprehensive and concise. The mentors Pamela and Kimberly are thoughtful, attentive, caring, calm, and mindful. I recommend!

The way Alanna organized her modules makes good sense to me. She leads you from anatomy to poses, from deep history to meditation practices. And I love that I can go back and review any lesson I want at any time. My purchase bought these materials forever.
The price is fair and the support staff are great. I do not like technology at all and would rather learn in a live environment however, the world is changing and if I must learn from a screen, these folks have put together an easy to follow platform.
Yoga is life enhancing. Teaching others what I have learned from Mindful Institute is a greater gift than I ever imagined. I’m hooked for life!

Yoga has become a staple in my life. The combination of asana, breathe work, meditation and chanting has provided clarity and calmness to my otherwise chaotic thoughts. The level of education and training I received from Mindful Purpose Institution was top notch. The educational materials are well written with thought provoking questions that inspired me to reach deep within myself to find my truths. Destined to learn Yoga

Content: I am a disabled, service-connected veteran. My service-connected disabilities cause daily chronic pain and anxiety, which subsequently lead to difficulties sleeping. Before Yoga, these conditions caused me to have unbearable pain. When I was separating from the service, every provider I saw told me to look into Yoga.
I am the type of person who wants to know why. So, I took their advice and began to search for an online training program for yoga instructors. We were in the middle of another move, and after considerable research for online programs, I set on (at the time) the Alanna Kaivalya Yoga Method. The content has always been great, but the connectivity and available knowledge have surpassed my expectations. Due to life and my disabilities, I have had to use the extension option more than once. It was an easy process.
Mindful Purpose Institute has changed my life. The telnets and principles that I have learned have helped me to release pain when making the moves and learn to channel the calmness needed to ease my anxiety, reducing my pain levels and helping me sleep.

The new leadership team has resolved issues I have needed help with, usually within 24-48 hours. The staff has demonstrated personal concern when problems have arisen and provided meaningful solutions.

Once I finish my 500-hour certification, I will sign up for additional classes. I see myself taking each course they offer, as I have loved the changes this has made in my life thus far.

I can recommend this program without hesitation 100%.

Lots of hands on mentorship that is available whenever you need guidance or a little push. Pamela is knowledgeable and eager to help in any way to get you to your goal. Kim is also a good resource to go to. She is willing to help you in any capacity.

The Mindful Purpose Institute online program gave me all the skills and knowledge I needed to open my own Yoga Studio. The guidance and information I received from this program is truly invaluable.

I took the 300 hour course in 2017. I signed up for it knowing it was not yoga alliance and I did enjoy the course. During COVID, online yoga was accepted through yoga alliance and many Kaivalya method students received their 500 hour yoga alliance credit. Alanna posted a video of her saying that anyone who has ever taken her training can now get their 500 hour yoga alliance even if it was in the past. I tried to submit my certificate to get my 500 hour YA status but they said I got certified at a time when online learning wasn’t accepted. I was angry because it’s THE SAME training. Admin at Kaivalya chewed me out saying that I knew it wasn’t YA so why should I be upset. I said because Alanna stated in her video that previous students just had to submit a certificate to yoga alliance and we would get our 500 HR accreditation. Instead I was gaslighted during the conversation. Don’t know how many times the person said which video? And I sent it, to get which video over and over. The training is good but the admin needs to brush up on customer service and communication practices

I did so much research before choosing which online Academy I should go with for the certifications I was looking for and I'm so happy that I chose to be part of Team AlannaK/ The Modern Mystics Academy. I have so far completed the Chakra Therapeutics Course as well as The Decoding The Tarot course. My mentor Ms Rachel is amazing at quick follow up daily to all my exercises. She gives personalized & detailed feedback. She is always positive & I look forward to working with her every day. The course videos recorded by Alanna are so easy to understand and informative. Alanna is a fountain of knowledge and a joy to listen to. I am excited for my next two courses. I highly recommend Team AlannaK!!!!

I am currently enrolled in the 200hr class. I enjoy the easy to understand videos and tutorials. I can access the classes anytime, anywhere, at my convenience. The information is consice, creative and holds my attention. Watching Alanna demonstrate the asanas is truly inspiring.
Submitting homework, videos and tests was no problem. Grading and feedback was usually next day.
I am considering the 300hr class. I would recommend this program to anyone interested in Teaching Yoga.

I purchased the 300 hour along with several other courses. It is one of the few online programs that I will make a recommendation for! With the mentors there to help assist and support you, you feel a connection with them. The lectures are very easy to understand. I would only refer this company for online education with Yoga.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Breathwork course! The staff was friendly and quick to respond to questions. I would highly recommend this course.

I loved all of the metaphysical courses that I signed up for at Alannak.com! The courses each have very engaging videos through which the content is taught. I have taken other online metaphysical courses in the past, and I was very disappointed in the content. Alannak.com provides much more content for nearly the same amount of money, and the classes are much more enjoyable. I highly recommend taking Alanna’s courses. The classes provide a mirror through which self-reflection and self-awareness are projected; I feel that anyone who takes her classes will come out much more evolved and enlightened. Namaste. 🙏

I’ve had trouble accessing the course. I can’t even login. I asked for a refund when I first signed up because I couldn’t login. They told me they don’t do refunds….I hadn’t even opened the course yet. It’s been months and I can’t even do the course.

What a total rip off. I was gullible enough to sign up for the Alchemical Astrology Certification. Firstly when you do manage to submit something for assessment (don't expect this process to be plain sailing as there are so many glitches you really do just want to throw in the towel) just don't expect any feedback. Five weeks since I actually managed to get something off to them and still nothing back despite my continual messaging. And as per another reviewer, nope. Do not expect your money back. It is a total scam. A totally unprofessional woman that doesn't know the meaning of asteya... UPDATE no improvement in the situation and would highly recommend avoiding this business, I eventually got some generic feedback over two months after submitting my first assignment. It wasn't worth the virtual paper it was written on.

Don't waste your money. These courses are all a marketing ploy. I purchased the "Theme your yoga class" course which claims 30hours continuing education with Yoga Alliance. There is a total of 5 hours video, very little reading material and no guidance on how to apply what little information is given.

When I asked where to other 25 hours of education comes from, I was told to reflect on the information given. I wasted $120 on a course that has less information than her book.

Be aware, they will not refund. In Australia this would be against consumer protection law as what they offered is not what they delivered.
