Achtung, Abo ist automatisch
Einen Test online gemacht und 1,95 € dafür bezahlt. Lauter Allgemeinplätze und nichts konkretes, Pech gehabt. Eine Woche später bekomme ich eine Rechnung über ein Abo für knapp 40 €, weil sich die Mitgliedschaft automatisch verlängert hat. Ich verstehe nicht, wieso die Gesetzgeber gegen so etwas nicht vorgehen. Ich habe einen Service gekauft und bezahlt, wollte damit aber kein Abo abschließen.
Ja klar, jeder sollte jede E-Mail diese Art bis zum Ende durchlesen. Das kann es doch aber wohl nicht sein.
NACHTRAG: ich habe Mindprofile angeschrieben, schnelle und freundliche Reaktion. Zwei Tage nach automatischem Aboabschluss hatte ich das Geld wieder zurück. Deshalb habe ich diese Bewertung angepasst und von 1 Stern auf 3 angehoben, für den professionellen Kundenservice.
Ich finde es nach wie vor nicht ok, dass bei Kauf einer Leistung ein Abo abgeschlossen wird bzw eine Testphase angefangen wird. Auch finde ich es nicht ok, dass nach Ablauf dieser ungewollten Testphase keine Bestätigung erforderlich ist, ob man entgeltlich weitermachen will.
Wenn ich einen 7 Tage Test einer App mache rechne ich schon (leider) damit, dass so was kommt. Nicht jedoch, wenn ich etwas einmalig einkaufe.
Vielleicht überdenkt Mindprofile diese Vorgehensweise. Das spaet Kundenärger und -zeit und spart Kundenservicekapazitäten.

Beware! Check You Haven't Subscribed!
Like another on this site I (foolishly) did the test, paid £1.95 and then checked PayPal to ensure a subscription hadn't been set up. Today £39.99 was taken via PayPal. No warning whatsoever. I found the original email from May 19th in my Spam folder and managed to login to the site & cancel the 'membership'.
UPDATE
I registered a complaint and received a full refund and for that I have amended my review. I still feel that there should be a reminder issued prior to any monies being taken.

Me parece genial que las webs cobren por dar un servicio sea mejor o peor. Pero me parece que debería ser OBLIGATORIO dar el precio e indicar que se debe realizar un pago antes de hacer perder el tiempo a nadie.
Esta forma de proceder además de una perdida de tiempo me parece deshonesta.
Edito la reseña ya que me dicen que quieren mas detalles acerca de mi problema y que no encuentran ninguna referencia de mi transacción. Obviamente no la van a encontrar, no me registre ni mucho menos hice un pago, entre en su test que se anunciaba como gratuito y que te dejan completar antes de dar ningún dato ni hacer ningún pago y después te piden todo para ver el resultado, eso es precisamente de lo que me quejo, de que lo venden como gratuito y luego te piden datos y por supuesto pago. Pueden retirar la reseña si quieren pero saben de sobra como funciona su página.

Scam!
Ich habe einen Adhs-Test gemacht. Als Ergebnis bekam ich eine generische Zusammenfassung, die kein Ergebnis beinhaltete, sondern nur oberflächliche Tipps für die Symptome. Zudem wurde daraus einfach ungefragt ein Abo gemacht. Kompletter scam. Habe es direkt beendet und möchte mal sehr hoffen, dass nichts abgebucht wird bei mir. Sonst hört ihr von meinem Anwalt!

£1.95 to have to take the test again cause it didn’t work and then for it just to explain the answer you chose in the test in detail rather than the short answer you picked. Paid for something I already knew

They told me I had to pay the $2 to get my ADHD assessment read to me, then after I paid the money, nothing happened so I went back to the site and had to retake the same quiz, just to get generic answers and information given pretty much at the beginning. Nothing was specific to me. I don’t recommend. Everything said on this site, you can google for free.

Charged me £39.99 no email no permission given
I paid for a one off test £1.95. Results seemed like generic AI garbage.
After 1-2 weeks, MindProfile charged me £39.99 unexpectedly. It seems as if they’ve signed me up to a subscription sneakily. There has been no email or confirmation regarding this. They’ve taken money out my bank without my permission and knowledge.
Emailed them. Waiting to hear back. If not, going to report this as fraud with my bank as they are very deceptive.
