SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

Omg 😱 paid 3 month registered it doesn’t go to website i have been scammed redirected to me try again used another password. Scam

Scam... I didn't even know it... Clocked link in email and was signed up twice... 50 USD every month they started to charge which I only noticed after 4 months... No refunds nothing... To cancel you need to send an email... They respond and then you again need to confirm... And not sure if this will even work...

Signed up for this from an ad on social media. As soon as I got access I realised it just snippets and summaries of books and I didn’t think it was worth the fee paid. Contacted them via support email straight away. Within days they replied to say they have cancelled the subscription but no refund will be given and offered some free ebook or something.

They advertise it to be a lot better than it is, they don’t have an app, will not refund you. They just seem to be tricking people into purchasing

This is a Fraud company and they will scam you and take your money and give you some really usles book summaries and they will never refund you the money as they did with me FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD Be Alert don't give them your payment info once you do they will run with it, all thier social media is FRAUD and there website is Fake. BE Alert

Their real mission seems to be guiding you into a cycle of frustration and disappointment, all while draining your wallet. Instead of promoting genuine self-growth, the app bombards you with poorly designed features that do nothing but hinder progress.

There’s nothing deep about Mindscape’s approach—they throw generic, one-size-fits-all solutions at you with no customization or real understanding of your personal goals. It's clear that the app is more interested in up-selling rather than truly addressing any specific needs. You’re left feeling like just another target for their predatory tactics, not someone they care about helping.

Misleading, they do not have an app as in the business name. The web content is simply a review of some self help books and is very limited. No refunds offered and customer service very poor.

This is a scam. Please stay away. They don’t have an app and won’t return your money if you cancel.

Should have known better, just a scam. Doesn't offer what it says on the tin, do not entertain it. App doesn't exist and only receive automated responses over email.

Scam alert!! Don’t sign up. Took two payments and then no link to any app or website.

I was duped by this scam on Instagram and purchased because I saw the ads repeatedly. They hide the charges on your credit card, there’s no actual app to use, you can’t contact the owners as they say they live in Cypress overseas, and I can’t even login to the online version. A total scam!

Avoid like the plague.

No app.
No response to emails .
No refund after 3 requests as they had charged me for additional package which I didn’t want or confirm.
Had to contact bank to cancel subscription otherwise they would have kept taking my money

Never received initial e-mail and it’s been 24 hours. No app, just a weak website from what i can see. The only way I made contact was from email that I found on their website

In order to cancel, send a request to that email as well.

Stay away from this it’s a complete scam.

Took payment,and have had to block my card. advertised on instagram and facebook

How do you cancel the subscription. They charged me twice and they don’t even have proper support asking for refund. I have send few emails on their support email address and havnt received any response except auto-reply message. They don’t even have an app, it seems to me like a scam.

Less than 24hrs after signing up I can’t even figure how to log in… definitely stay far away

Complete scam. Cannot even cancel subscription from the website, just goes to a blank page. They deserve to be shut down and sued.

This is not an App thought it was, I cancelled within 24 hours but they replied no refund will be given. Terrible company
