It's a wonderful ring. My brother loved it when he got it for his birthday. It was wonderfully crafted, and arrived quickly from the time ordered.

I have been consistently amazed at the quality of Minimalist Designs products, and the superior level of customer service. I received my second custom ring from them a short while ago, and it's absolutely beautiful! The crisp and clear 3D engraving of my family's crest, reproduced from a design I submitted, is just perfect, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend MD for your custom designed jewelry!

After a few initial design exchanges, we ordered a family crest ring with Minimalist Designs on December 5, 2020. Order #2884. At that time there a published production time was and still is 8 to 12 days. It was paid in full ($1,250) and changed against our MasterCard account on December 8. We approved the design on December 18th and were told we would receive a photograph of the ring before shipping due to several problems in assuring the design was correct.

We waited three weeks and then inquired again...and again..and again. Finally, they responded on. January 11th saying the ring was in "quality control" and would be "shipped out very soon." We requested the photo again. On the 13th they said we would receive one. I have since attempted to contact them three additional times and have received nothing in reply. Nothing.

We now have reason to believe this may have been a fraudulent transaction and question not only the receipt of a quality ring as ordered, but also the security of our $1,250 payment. We filed a complaint against them with the better Business Bureau of Richardson, Texas on 1/22 and notified them today that we are preparing to take immediate additional action, beginning with a fraud complaint through MasterCard.

I was encouraged by their product reviews, but should have looked longer and I would have found that they have a history of customer service and communication problems. At this point I have reason to believe our issue is actually much greater. Another customer posted an almost identical review a few days ago.

If they resolve this issue quickly I will, post a followup.

I absolutely LOVE this ring! It took almost a month to recieve, which was frustrating with communication barrier, but was worth the wait and my guy was estatic when he opened it! I understand I ordered at a very busy time over the holidays and overall, great experience, very detailed and quality craftsmanship. I will be purchasing from this company again in the future!

I purchased a Signet Ring from Minimalist Designs and the experience was great. I had to get in touch with the seller to get a resizing since I purchased a size too big but the customer experience overall has been amazing and fast. I highly recommend this shop, as they are reliable and have great support.

I was excited after receiving an email from Melissa which may be the owner for thanking me for my order and that was the day after i ordered.

I have emailed constantly and even downloaded an app called shop to be able to track my order.

At this point I’m going to BBB better business bureau and see if they will get a response in regards to this matter.

I received my necklace, and it's an exact replica of the Maya Brenner initial necklace! Which I have been eyeing for a long time, but there was no way I could afford it. They've done a beautiful job! I am so happy to finally have necklace with my three sons initials! I couldn't be happier!

I had a crest ring made.It came out amazing! It arrived late but I don't believe it was their fault! USPS is overwhelmed! Detail is amazing for the space.

UPDATE: I was contacted by customer service after posting my review, apologizing for the delay and lack of communication. I have been informed that some holiday delays and other circumstances caused the delay. But to make up for the issues, they are moving my order to priority and will hopefully get me the rings before the end of the year. Fingers crossed they are able to accomplish!

I was excited to have two custom signet rings produced as a special gift for my wife. The process began with communication through chat on their website and i was confident the rings would be produced quickly and sent out in time to give it to my wife before we left town. Once i placed the order all communication has stopped. I have emailed Minimalist Designs countless times asking for updates and shipping information. It took a week to get a response (the only response) stating they were sorry it had taken so long, and that the rings would not be ready in time and to update to an address i will be at. i sent the new address and then i heard nothing. a week later i received a proof of the rings, but it still had my old address on it. so i approved the proof and made sure they were aware of the updated address. No response. They have since sent me a link to review my rings... which i have still not received! So i have given up emailing as after eight attempts with no reply, i feel this company either does not care, or has taken my money and will not provide the product. very disappointed in their customer service.

Great craftmanship! Truly elated with my purchase! Purchased another item right away! Extremely please with the quality of the product!!

Minimalist Designs made my ring following my requested design to perfection; it was made not only fast, but with great care, something odd and very rare in this days. The package was send through express mail from the other side of the world and it was in my hands in less than a week, talking about fast!

The customer attention was 5 stars, is very weird but I can't say anything bad about my experience, all was super smooth, kind, and quick, and specially, with quality.

Very responsive, and through in customizing my requested design. The ring arrived in the timeframe I was informed of, and it was in a giftbox. The ring is beautiful and I am so excited to give it to my daughter for her college graduation!

Minimalist Designs was seriously outstanding when it came to my order! Emin kept me in the loop 100% while making of the my graduation ring!! 10 out 10 recommend! You will not be disappointed

This shop is wonderful! They’re very helpful with any questions you may have regarding their items. The ring I ordered from them was beautiful and my husband absolutely loved it, very high quality. I highly recommend this shop!

Just got my ring today. I love it. Great packaging. I will totally keep the box. The ring fits perfectly. Ring details are great and I tried it with my wax seal and it looked wonderful! Time to send out some letters!

Minimalist Designs is an Incredible company. I had one family crest ring done and they did such a good job I’m having 5 more made for my 4 sons and my father. They work hard to make sure you are satisfied. Thank you to the entire team.

I ordered 2 rings, a Family Crest ring for myself and a second Crest ring for my Grandson's 21st birthday, his with the Scottish Clan crest of his last name. Both are in sterling silver with the XL sized face. Mine arrived first and after a slight hiccup, his a few days later. The craftsmanship is superb and both are absolutely gorgeous.

It took a little bit longer than expected, but when I received the ring I was very pleasantly impressed by the quality of the workmanship, the ring is gorgeous!!! Thank you Emin!!!
